Review after using Sprinto for a few months for continuous security and compliance monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
Love the continuous compliance monitoring; you can be assured that a program/tool is taking care of compliance monitoring without any glitches on all of your devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup is a very lengthy process, and it gets a bit complicated sometimes. However, Sprinto has documentation and help available to resolve any doubts, it would be great if these could be automated with the click of a few buttons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the fact that I am made aware (by Sprinto) that I have made all security configurations on my laptop as per my company's requirement makes me be at peace. Especially when you are working remotely and carrying a company laptop with you, the security risk is increased to a great extent.

- This is fully system driven so there is no manual documentation needed
- Team can access the sprinto application and work on it independently
- Sprinto team is very knowledgable in terms of execution. I had good experience with Hemant from Sprinto while executing this.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Technical team response is slow like if you need some data in excel etc. that takes considerable time
- There should have roles module in the user management where different access are given to different team members to effectively manage activities within sprinto

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to know the standard practices required for business. And with those, we got the certification that helped us to increase client confidence. This will help for long term business.

it's easy to use and simple platform, specifically the Sprinto app, which runs in the background. helps the device status checked and updated, to help us with the compliance

nothing much to say here but sometimes the device status capturing is not done right. and also auto-reporting feature should be provided, which helps less user engagement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
allowing us to keep and tap on our users devices and git repos status to help us stay upto date with our security things, and also report vulnerabilities in our git hub repo

Had some issues with older MacOS (resolved by updating to newer OS).

Security settings changes suggestions are given by DrSprinto App :

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much for disliking but a suggestion as :
Application UI for linux ubuntu :
- can be more improved and can be more user friendly
- no need to be there to open the website and do submit the device info
- it should automatically fetched and automatically sent
- no manual intervention should be needed
- only popups should come if device not able to submit device info (in case of not connected through internet for so much long time, etc)

I am employee of the company, which is administering DrSprinto,
Our Company provided the laptop (device) installed with DrSprinto.
So we need to submit the device information fetched by the DrSprinto app and need to submit via Web portal of the same.
Company IT Staff can check whether the infos are posted by the employee on the regular basis or not,
in order to complete the security compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. It is a valuable tool that helps me to keep my devices secure. I would recommend Sprinto to anyone looking for a comprehensive security solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprinto has regular reminders to check if we are meeting the compliance requirements of our company and regularly warns us if we are not.
It allows us to report our system to the Admin so that we have fulfilled our duties as employees leading to a secure working environment.

What do you dislike about the product?
Plenty of companies are onboarded on Sprinto every day, so the experience must be intuitive and easy for the user. Currently, Sprinto's Nav Bar doesn't expand to show its multiple features, or the screens don't have a breadcrumb to inform the user where he has reached. I think Sprinto can keep its design simple but engaging with stunning UI via animations, exciting illustrations and a choice of colour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto seamlessly integrates with all our systems and helps ensure all company laptops meet compliance requirements. It is an efficient way to be more secure as the user has to go through a single process available in one place.
Effortless Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
From a user perspecitve, Sprinto is very easy and straightforward to set up and use. Whenever complaince is required, we can get it done in a couple of clicks!

I do not find any downsides to using Sprinto. So far, the experience has been optimal.

Sprinto allows all users to quickly complete the compliance requirements in terms of reporting device status, etc. With just a couple of clicks, any user is able to complete their compliance reporting.
Great initiate for employees
What do you like best about the product?
I think that most of the things that Sprinto offers is of quality. It's very easy to navigate and elaborate most of the thing's in a very brief manner. It very easy to use.

Nothing as such. Everything is great and easy.
