User Interface and Ease of Use. Guidelines are really helpful, along with all the security training. Device details are fetched immediately.

I have not encountered any problems yet, so I can't say much here.

Good platform to enhance the security of your company
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto is a good tool in order to enhance the security policies of any company. It allows helping all company users to have a more secure network and devices. Also allows users to follow security training and master all internal policies.
It also allows to guarantee that every user device is properly configured following these security policies and also to report any incident arising directly to the company tech team.
I think its a recomendable tool.

So far there is not anything specifically I have noticed about it that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows to enhance the company network security and also the security of all user's devices across the company. All the security issues are noticed and managed from a single place, allowing a performance boost and reducing security incidents.

I like its user-friendly interface and automated checks and recommendations on what i need to do to secure my company laptop.

I dislike it when I have to do the security check every week, I feel that it would be better to make the system check once a month.

What do you like best about the product?
- Setting up and reporting the device was very easy and straightforward. The instructions were very clear and step-by-step, so anyone without any technical knowledge could accomplish the task themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Some bugs were there, causing reporting to be a little tricky and sometimes confusing. It is not identifying in case of a transfer of a device to someone. It may be a technical limitation, though.

- I don't know much about this part. My org has some security compliance and needs me to do that

What do you dislike about the product?
The Dr. Sprinto application occasionally experiences unresponsiveness, but I hope the team is actively working on resolving it. Once fixed, reporting device issues will be even easier for users. Overall, I'm confident in the app's potential and improvements.
