SPRINTO is great, A lot secure and data is safe
What do you like best about the product?
My data is safe and i do not have any worry about data breaching

Regular Emails is something i dont like.

Simple & highly automated security compliance platform with an exceptional onboarding team
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease with which the platform highlights compliance requirements, and seamless integration to pull and monitor changes and compliance. In addition to how easy it was to use and the comprehensive tools and features, the onboarding manager Varun Mehrotra was outstanding in his knowledge with the process and platform, communication skills and patience. He is one of a kind, and we would not have been able to complete our SOC2 compliance quickly without using Sprinto and Varun. Our investment in Sprinto, is the best value for money for such a complex process that was made effortless because of Sprinto. I would also like to mention that despite Varun moving to a different role, we got assigned Vaibhav and he was equally good, very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is the most comprehensive I have seen and the service and responsivness was outstanding. There are some aspects that require multiple clicks in order to complete, and that could be grouped and automated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our initial motivation was acheive SOC2 Type 2 compliance, but as we started to use the platform, we realized of its ability to server as the main dashboard to monitor and manage our systems to ensure ongoing security and compliance.

It scans the system for any vulerabilities and helps in maintaining the compliance.

The website is amazing, makes it really easy to see at a glance what work is pending for your audit. The documentation is great too, answers almost any question that might come up.

Nothing that I can think of, we had a very positive experience.

They make it easy to get your company ISO certified.
