The platform is great for mapping problems and tracking the productivity of agents, as well as being easy to use.

Sometimes, the platform freezes and takes a long time to download data.

It is helping in the monitoring of the company's activations, as well as in engagement campaigns based on service productivity.
Metabase is the best tool to know the results of my work.

Metabase shows all chat results conducted, goal achievement, and service quality.

Ease of creating dashboards, metrics, and the different data sources that are available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pass parameters or associate variables to a Metabase user to be able to use them in SQL queries. For example, users from state X only see the invoices from their state and not from all states.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Development, implementation, and training time. Ease of creating questions with different types of charts, ease of creating tables with dynamic filters.
