What do you like best about the product?
Gives us peace of mind that our systems are secure and protected against advanced threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit hard to navigate or know where to look for things if you are a beginner.

Ensuring Business Netwrok Devices and endpoints are protected from advanced threats on our network.

What do you like best about the product?
eSentire is very helpful for automating and helping with managing alerts, especially escalating the ones that stand out and potentially pose a threat to our environment. The time is takes for a response and resolution is the best and something we praise about eSentire. Customer service is on point, always helpful when explaining new situations to the client in a well-mannered way. The portal is super helpful, very easy for a new user to adapt and get used to. Recently, I have been using eSentire more, and it is super easy to implement in my day to day checks. With newer vulnerabilities coming out, it is easy to integrate with all our endpoints.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I disliked about eSentire. One thing that could help is having faster scans on an endpoint without having to call and escalate the case. Other than that, eSentire is great and the process to call and contact someone is execellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving the need for manual investigation for the hundreds of reviews we get daily, and filtering out the expected activities. It is benefitting me by allowing me to spend more of my time on other tasks, reducing redundancy in alerts. The team explains the critical alerts in details, not leaving me confused.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the proactive approace eSentire takes with threat assessment and mitigation. The SOC is highly reactive when called upon. It was a very fast implementation and rollout.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint we have is that you cannot get escalated past tier 1 on the phone hotline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inbound IP attacks, malware, and malacious network activity is actively blocked by the various eSentire services we employ.

Unparalleled competence and support

What do you like best about the product?
After an exhaustive RFP process eSentire rose to the top due to their deep bench of people that were experts in different aspects of cybersecurity. They always bring the right expert to the table to discuss our needs, then they help us meet those needs. The alerts we receive are meaningful, detailed, and accompanied by recommended actions. Quarterly review meetings keep us connected and constantly moving in the same direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding the breadth of services they offer and prerequisites to using each services takes months to fully digest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cities have a difficult time affording and retaining cybersecurity experts on staff that cover 24 hours everyday. eSentire allows us to have 24x7 coverage w/ trained experts - and we don't have to locate, hire, and retain then individually.

Rapid detection and response. Responsive whenever we reach out

There are no items that we have found to dislike .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alerting us to any valid cyber threat and then taking action when required. Eliminating the noise from our alerts down to a handful of meaningful items for our limited team to look into. This allows my team to service the business more effectively while knowing that we aren't missing a threat.

What do you like best about the product?
My early experiences with eSentire have been very positive. As a new Security Manager for my company I found them engaging, project focused, and responsive.

I would like to see more services provided by eSentire to help support my company.

Acting as our MDR is extemely valuable to us as we have a small security team.

What do you like best about the product?
24/7 SOC is always responsive, knowledgable and skilled. I know they have my back.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike. They could use more staff dedicated to operational issues as opposed to cyber issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The partnership allows us to have 24/7 monitoring of our environment without staffing our own SOC. This saves on costs significantly. The expertise that Esentire brings would be hard to match on our own.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using eSentire for over 5 years. Our experience with them has been great from the very beginning. Implementation is very easy and they are with you every step of the way. They have excellent customer support. Our dedicated customer success manager is always available to help, quick to respond, and loops in other experts when needed to provide expert security guidance. They go above and beyond to make sure we are well-supported, no matter the complexity of the issue. Their threat intelligence briefings and papers are also very helpful. They proactively warn us of current and emerging cyber threats and perform proactive threat hunts which helps us stay a step ahead of potential risks.

Overall, eSentire has proven to be a reliable security partner. The ability to send in multiple signals (endpoing, log, network, vulnerability, identity, etc.) truly set them apart.
What do you dislike about the product?
No security product or service provider is perfect. When they miscategorize or miss a security event, they learn from it and improve the overall process. As they have grown, we did notice a slight decrease in the quality of their alerts, but they have taken customers feedback and improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staffing security experts is not easy. eSentire provides subject matter experts and seasoned analysts to help us monitor our environment 24x7x365.

Amazing service that keeps us protected

What do you like best about the product?
I like the communication we reveive from our rep, engineer and technical support. We have quaartely reviews and this help our team stay on track and up to date on our security posture. The heavy lifting is odne by the eSentire team and we just monitor dsahboards and e-mail notifications as needed. The extended benifit of the Tenable tools for monitoring our system and helping us stay proactive on updates and software issues is a big bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a downside at all. For us there have been no negetives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a small I.T. staff and don't have a dedicated person and eSentire takes care of that roll for us savin us time and money.
