What do you like best about the product?
The response time and the interaction when even a possible incident occurs is very endearing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, Esentire is great! I have not found any reasons to dislike this company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
no, I've benfited a great deal from the company and it's thorough approach to ensuring it's users are secure.

Technical expertise is readily available 24-7 using the latest and greatest tools on the market

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is easy to read in a useful dashboard and the communication is great. They are always very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're protecting our company from threats and have a team to back us up if needed. They help us manage unknown threats in our enivornment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this to anyone who wants to further improve their security and protect their company.

What do you like best about the product?
The quick response time for eSentire when there is an issue is amazing! We've had situations where a quick response was needed and eSentire didn't disappoint. I've found them much easier to work with than optiv.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there hasn't been any situations or issues that have led me to dislike something about eSentire. There really aren't any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a smaller security team having eSentire has been a huge asset. Instead of having to sift through logs and events ourselves when we have a potential issue we can send eSentire the issue we're having and they can do the digging for us. It frees us up to be handling other items.

What do you like best about the product?
They understand the financial space and where our concerns lies. They offer solutions that feel tailor made and are very supportable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The middle of the night phone calls for a service issue that's not disputive ;)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are gaining visibility into the north/south and east/west traffic of our network and getting alerts when certain conditions are met.

Great protection, numerous options

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to choose options, via an al-a-carte menu. We evaluated the specific needs for our environment, selected the best fit. The price for their products is comparable to others in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any company, trying to sell you something more, they're regularly asking about selling a new product. Fortunately, they're not pushy about it. I can't fault their sales staff from at least asking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a multi-layered security and protection environment. They helped integrate their solutions, with solutions we already have in place. The real benefit is a protected network!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your due diligence and pick the company and product that best suits your individual company's needs.

Great Partnership with eSentire

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the collaboration that we have with eSentire to help continue to keep our environment safe. We get quick responses from our Account Manager as well as the SOC when needed. The tools are very accessible and are easy to work with to monitor our systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything that I don't dislike. In the past, when we have concerns, we worked with eSentire to figure out a solution or best workaround. Sometimes a better understand of their alerting and notifications is needed to help trust what you are seeing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking to have monitoring of our environment as well as, a partner to lean on when we needed expert eyes on a problem or potential threat. We have loved the level of expertise and care we get from eSentire for Alerts on the network to alerts from our AV.

What do you like best about the product?
eSentire's cybersecurity services allow my team to focus on non-cybersecurity items and allows me to sleep at night knowing that i have a whole team of cybersecurity experts monitoring my environment 24x7. They consistently surpass my expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do pay a premium for my eSentire services however, after nearly a decade with esentire i am confident that they have the depth and knowledge required to protect my users and data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of my network traffic is reviewed in realtime by esentire and logged for future reference additionally, all machines in my network (and at users home) have a next generation antivirus client installed that reports back to the esentire soc, which allows for greater workstation/server security and turnaround time on issues found. All of this frees up my team and makes my environment more secure

What do you like best about the product?
Integration into our environment and ability to intercept threats is exceptional. The SIEM ability to get a full picture into threats is valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes context is hard to understand as their staff will call and I literally can't understand due to heavy accents.

Their support system sometimes doesn't register who we are when we act on behalf of a client which creates issues when we communicate network outages, etc

Application support while rarely needed is convoluted and misses the point of needing support in the first place - TIMELINESS!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They make a solid effort and I consider them part of the team providing support to our clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Def better than their competitors
More refined if sometimes cumbersome to interact
Def a frontline product that's valuable
