No problem atm but they are assisting in protecting our environment
Great System with Great Support Staff
What do you like best about the product?
It is a complete system, the support is excellent. I like that they can isolate a resource at 2:00 AM without waking me up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new portal removed some of the reports I was using. I would like a way to track an incident in the portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fills in the manpower gap I had for cyber security.

The crowdstrike package coupled with the network monitoring has worked well for us. The Insight portal is handy to see what the current landscape is

What do you like best about the product?
For years eSentire has been providing me with exceptional coverage for my organization. They are the best in-class service for managed detection and response.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I evaluate new vendors every year and no one has come close to the offering that eSentire gives me. They have adapted very well to an ever-changing cyber landscape.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They provide complete cybersecurity coverage to my organization. From end points, to policy formation to traffic inspection. They are a total package for any organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing product offering for financial service clients looking to protect their networks. They provide great tech solutions and guidance to make sure I am covered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to find something to dislike about these guys but they have grown rapidly which is always concerning for clients however eSentire hasn't shown any faults yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Packet capture, endpoint security, cybersecurity policy and procedure review. They are umbrella coverage for my existing security infrastructure. Pivotal services.

What do you like best about the product?
Knowing that we have a skilled SOC looking over our shoulder and monitoring assets 24/7 helps me sleep better at night :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found any so far. Apart from the occasional 2am escalation calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Peace of mind that any security incidents our tech team might miss will be picked up by the SOC

What do you like best about the product?
As a customer of 10 years, watching eSentire grow and maintain the same level of service is beyond impressive. They are the best at what they do and they also understand the importance of educating their customers on emerging cybersecurity threats and topics of concern.
What do you dislike about the product?
eSentire has grown so fast that staying up to date on new product and service offerings has been a challenge. I'm used to vendors harassing and upselling me constantly which is not what they do so it's on me to be a little more proactive in seeing what's new with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eSentire provides holistic cybersecurity coverage to my network which is incredibly beneficial as blanket coverage to the network defenses I have already put in place myself. They also provide resources in the event I ever do have a breach....knock on wood

What do you like best about the product?
Services offered are pretty good. Good customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when we receive an alert to whitelist it, we ask esentire to whitelist that both SSH connections but they don't filtered properly which causes those alert to keep sending into our board and have to follow up again with esentire to resolve that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall eSentire is providing best operation support (soc) and keeping on improving services will benefit us going forward
We leverage eSentire for esNetwork sensors, Carbon Black and Sumo Logic.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of deployment, use and communication is seamless. SOC is quick to respond to issues with informative answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our lack of knowledge on how to utilize Sumo Logic makes us more dependent on eSentire.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preventing malicious traffic. Alerting on malicious traffic, and compromised sign in's and helping respond to cyber security events by providing needed log information.
Excellent solution and customer service
What do you like best about the product?
eSentire made the deployment of our MDR solution fairly painless. We switched from another product with no disruptions and in a short period of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dont have any downsides at this time. The product does what its supposed to, we get the support we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use eSentire for our endpoint detection and response. Their SOC helps us understand events we see and get to resolution quickly.
