Very good
What do you like best about the product?
It is very friendly and easy to use, and most importantly, it is super reliable and keeps us protected.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, it's awesome, we have used it for a long time on our computers and it has worked perfectly for us!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us to have total protection, since we have had it we have not had viruses or hacker attacks and that is great.

I have tried a lot of antiviruses products and this one is the best I've found
What do you dislike about the product?
Too complicated uninstallation, it would be better to give the option via password to uninstall from the client in the uninstall is executed on the client and not via panel
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm an IT Manager in a logistic warehouse and two years ago we had an emotet, only Panda Antivirus (nowadays WatchGuard EPDR) through its artificial intelligence it discovered the virus and eradicated it from all the clients where it was installed in less than 1 hour.
Adaptative defense 360
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the peace of mind it gives me knowing that my customers are protected even from new virus/trojan attacks. By working by list of known software you have a total guarantee that it will stop any new malicious software that is created.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment there is nothing I don't like about adapative defense 360. Perhaps it is the case that it can block custom software updates for the client. But it doesn't become a real big problem because entering the console you can unlock in a matter of seconds or create an exclusion, which I advise against since the unlocking is done very quickly and the client machines detect it almost immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adaptive defense 360 gives me peace of mind knowing that customers will not be affected by encryption software that hijacks their data. And this is a very good guarantee to sell the product, due to the high level of this type of attack that currently exists.
Nice product and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Panda is very easy and simple to use. The best part about it is that you don't have to be an expert to administrate it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is the web access control where you sometimes have to be specific about which websites you want to allow.

We have solved all our antivirus issues in our office.

Cloud management and great support from WatchGaurd.

Panda needs to be better integrated into WatchGuard's existing portfolio or products. However, they are working on it and making great progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to move toward zero trust endpoint security.

Give Panda a try if you are looking for an affordable zero trust endpoint security product.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple and straightforward the virtual design of the application is, as well as the quick analyses it performs. The management tool is very functional for cases of quick file transfer and remote connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't change anything, I would just add the option for easy access to the remote administrator since I have to log in to the page first to be able to enter the administrator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The transfer of files is greatly facilitated by being IT personnel, being able to perform silent updates and periodically checking that there are no unwanted programs or unauthorized pages.
