What do you like best about the product?
The facility to check the general condition of the IT park at a glance.

Whenever version protections are updated, several of them I have to update by hand.

What do you like best about the product?
We like the ease of use, the control panel is very easy to use and it has protected our network endlessly i wouldnt recommend any other product.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little over bearing on blocked programs that it doesnt like the look of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It blocks unwanted threats to the network, we have software whitelists, blocks USB ports and the content filtering is expectional one product for multiple different things

Easy to deploy. All in one solution. Excellent support and online help to start with this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of filtering website for Android like iphone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solution epp and edr in thé same product. Inventoring permit with thé product and add on liké match management and full encryption to complete feature.

4 years without ransomware on my clients. Panda AD360 then and now Watchguard is the best cybersecurity system one could ask for. its additional modules of encryption, patches, data control and ART make it perfect.El
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing bad to say about the product. maybe add an antispam component for email clients like outlook.

A seamless experience to manage my security.
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very user-friendly. I like the way I can create users who manage the infrastructure, and these users can work and handle all kinds of problems more quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to create policies for preventing information loss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem it solved is the management of my entire computer infrastructure, being able to install and handle virus issues from a single cloud console.
Complicated to configure
What do you like best about the product?
Good documentation, support was pretty responsive to inquiries when we used the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had issues configuring the product for use; the menus were not intuitive. Our test machines took a bigger performance hit than our previous endpoint threat detection product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, none, as we have stopped using the product. I understand it has advanced and been improved upon since we initially began using it, and we may revisit it in the future.
Great EDR with minimal resource usage
What do you like best about the product?
Works on all platforms (PC, MAC, Mobile) and is very lightweight on resource utilization. Easy management and detects zero-days where other products have to wait for definitions or hashes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is if you are managing many devices and need to apply different settings to specific devices, the policy hierarchy is a little confusing, but it has gotten much better with recent updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer need to worry about my EDR not working or catching things. While this isn't a set and forget EDR it is self-managing for the most part, and I like not having to babysit another piece of the cybersecurity puzzle
Simple but Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Alerts when something is found or flagged.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a little high but the product works well.

Adapter Defense 360 makes sure our end clients are protected and allows for easy patch management. It also asset us with inventory questions.
I'm security specialist and use WatchGuard / Panda Security for all my customers.
What do you like best about the product?
The Daschboard, AD360 antivirus, Firewall, GDPR and Patch Management. All my customers have this full package.
What do you dislike about the product?
The report system - it doesn't provide Mac computers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me and my customers to secure their systems.
