that it is impossible to open a ticket or transfer a task to the developer through the system. Need to use a third party system like Jira

Wiz became our main source for mitigating vulnerabilities in our platform
What do you like best about the product?
The Dashboard view and the navigation process till the issue and the proposed solution to mitigate it, and the automated emails for a new vulnerability

There are a lot of features on wiz that I hadn't use it yet. We had a session last week presenting some of the new features. So I'd like to get tips when I log in to get info about new features. I would also like to customize my dashboard.

It shows me the vulnerabilities and I use Wiz as an argument to push developers to work on it with priority

The ability to hunt for any new CVE and have clear mapping of the environment, asses risk of each one and export findings to provide to relevant teams to mititgate, as well as track the progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are looking for near real time alerting for issues related to public exposure or even less severe misconfiguration categories- it might not be the best tool.

Wiz helps keep tabs on versioning across different environments, compares and measures multiple teams responsible for different layers in the cloud environment.

Wiz helps me gain quick visibility to all assets, even those which are not maintained often and might be forgotten, while prioritizing our cloud security tasks logically and coherently.

Wiz is still growing and does not replace all the needs I have in cloud security, mainly around real-time detection, sensitive data context and workload protection.

Continuous visibility of security issues in a highly agile environment with frequent change with a risk-based view to prioritization, while also providing the required compliance view to our cloud environment.

Wiz is a solution that was created in an intuitive way, it is focused on the real needs of security employees that want to protect the cloud env. and one of the biggest upsides is the roadmap and ongoing strive for improvement to provide value to its customers.

Currently I'm missing more value from the data & access domains as those areas are highly correlated.

Wiz solve different issues such as inventory overview, vulnerabilities reflection for the cloud resources in an effective manner while providing info for remediation.

What do you like best about the product?
Wiz provides cutting-edge tech to easily monitor your cloud environments without requiring agent deployment! The search feature is compelling for looking up anything from CVEs to cloud inventory. The dashboards and issues provide visibility into areas to investigate and remediate. Wiz UI feels very responsive, and the overall user experience is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a major complaint but the reporting and filtering options around CI/CD-based scans in the UI seem less polished than all of the other features.

Wiz enables us to prioritize security issues and cloud configuration based on business impact and factors such as internet exposure and exploitability. It also allows us to identify high-risk infrastructure and vulnerabilities with ease.
