Wiz made improving our cloud security easy
What do you like best about the product?
Wiz has a great interface that allows us to easily identify risks in our AWS environment. We were able to quickly achieve a reduction in the risks in our environment after starting with Wiz. The search engine and the way resources are displayed in the console makes it easy to see what resources are causing issues and why.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside was that it was more expensive than the competitors, but they make up for it with great functionality. The ability to respond to resources being created near real-time is still pretty limited, but it seems as though they are in the process of improving that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz is solving our problem of having an easy single pane of glass to see our cloud security posture across all of our AWS accounts. It has also improved our security by allowing us to easily remediate some common misconfigurations in an automated manner.

Wiz provides great insight into our cloud environment and makes creating queries simple.

Real time detection of cloud events is somewhat combersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz allows us to create guardrails for our cloud environments that can automate remediation and detection.

What do you like best about the product?
It is 100% agentless and provides a visual map with excellent environmental insight. Not only it lists the issues but also steps to resolution.

What do you dislike about the product?
Wiz only specific numbers of syncs per day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides visibility into the cloud infrastructure with detected vulnerabilities, and remediation guidance benefits the infrastructure team greatly.

There was an issue Wiz detected that another tool we were POC'ing did not.

Only thing I can think of is it's more expensive than competitors

Providing additional visibility into our Cloud Security/providing visibility where there would otherwise be none.

What do you like best about the product?
Wiz ended up being a game changer for our organization in terms of Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM). Its intuitive interface and powerful capabilities have made it the go-to tool for assessing cloud resources. Now, teams across the company are eager to adopt Wiz, recognizing its value in enhancing visibility, streamlining compliance, and proactively managing cloud security risks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing to improve—Wiz consistently delivers. They’re always rolling out new features that add real value, and their support team is incredibly responsive. Tickets get resolved quickly and efficiently, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day operations.

WIZ is a great tool for Cloud Security Posture Management
What do you like best about the product?
WIZ offers many queries and tools that allow you to save money using AWS services. The broadness of WIZ makes the entire platform great to work with and create issues and queries that meet your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with a lot of SaaS providers, I would say integration can be challenging, especially being notified if a connector is failing. However, with WIZ their customer support is great so it sort of reverses it and makes something bad become something great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, one huge area WIZ is assisting in is Cloud IAM. Since this is a significant vulnerability in the cloud, WIZ offers the ability to look at these issues and communicate them to application teams to be remediated.

With Wiz platform, it easy to create alerts.

Powerful and intuitive tool
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very user friendly and easy to navigate. It takes users minutes to get up and running and identifying vulnerabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are working with the Wiz team to address some bugs and issues, and have experiences performance issues in the past. However the Wiz team is helpful whenever we encounter an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deep insight into our infrastructure, which helps identify gaps in security posture.
One of the best cloud security tools I've seen! Great detection and response services.

Wiz will automatically scan all of my cloud accounts and find vulnerabilities that are hard to find even by the human eye. The tool does very well to the competitors!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the price of Wiz, it's expensive compared to other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz is solving the problem of cloud security, and it's benefiting me by finding all of our vulnerabilities in the cloud and showing me how to solve them. This tool is doing a lot of cloud automation for us.
Wiz helped us find vulnerabilities and weaknesses in AWS and Kubernetes.

Create more dashboards and gadgets. Some information might be needed, but the dashboard needs to be created manually.
