I didn't find any disliked features, maybe the graph view needs more improvement for viewing the flow of communication.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the clear, easy to understand and easy to action information that the Wiz UI shows. This allows us as a security team to prioritise which teams need assistance and work with them accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation for the API is a bit lacking in places. The UI is also a bit slow on occasion when viewing projects with lots of resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing our decentralised teams to remain autonomous while we retain a central view of the security posture of our clouds. It's also helping us byproviding teams with remediation advice so they can tackle issues themselves.

What do you like best about the product?
Truly impressed with the Customer support provided by Wiz which helps us to resolve our issues in very short time span.
Wiz GUI is clean and documentation is quite easy to understand as compare to other tools available in the market.
As Wiz provides detailed inventory for all our cloud environments, this eliminates the need to rely on Infra team for the inventory information.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't found something to dislike about Wiz.
The one area which can be improved is reporting section of the Wiz apart from this Wiz is best tool for VM and CSPM.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz is providing a single platform for Vulnerability Management, CSPM and Container Security which is very helpful for us because we don't have to use different tools for different purposes.

Wiz provides a diverse set of solutions to improve your organization's cloud posture and increase visibility into critical assets. Furthermore, when it comes to Security Operations and Incident Response, Wiz offers a comprehensive array of automation options and efficient remediation steps for better security management and incident handling.
Wiz is a great product that helps security teams get visibility of their cloud infrastructure

The UI is very intuitive, the connections between the different elements is shown great even to individuals who aren't native with cloud infrastructures.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search - it takes a while to adjust to searching the elements, it's not quite intuitive.

A POC with Wiz's DSPM Product
What do you like best about the product?
The CSPM capabilities are particularly strong, identifying vulnerabilities that other tools often miss. Additionally, it provides valuable insights for understanding and navigating your environment smoothly. and is quick to set up and easy to navigate. It comes with comprehensive documentation and support, making it easy for teams to integrate into their workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Wiz excels in many areas, the DSPM has room for improvement in detecting sensitive or financial data. Additionally, the range of data stores it currently supports is still a bit limited, which could be a drawback for businesses needing broader coverage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz scans our cloud setup for vulnerabilities and finds issues that other tools often overlook, enhancing our overall security. The DSPM works hand in hand with the CSPM capabilities and offer a comprehensive view of our enviorment under one pane of glass. Because the DSPM has context from the CSPM, it provides value in a way that competitors can't, giving us a more complete understanding of our environment. This makes it easier to manage and secure our systems effectively.
Best cloud security assessing tool so far.
What do you like best about the product?
So far we didn't cross-paths we any other service, software or product that can give us so good insights about our cloud security posture, the same way like WIZ do it. From my experience, I can see WIZ are inly going to do better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think off anything in particular I am not happy with at the moment. The platform is really intituive and you can easily find all vulnerabilities realated to your business, there is Remediations available as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First, now we have a real time tool to look after our cloud infrastructure, help us ti identify the risk and assign that risk to the correct sub business, so we can easily remediate them.

Easy setup and faster deployment is it's USP. Once Integrated, Wiz provides complete visibility to your cloud environments that helps to address the security issues. Support team is highly responsive and involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have experienced fewer false positives when working with the vulnerability findings. Also can't configure custom alerts/notifications to see visibility over the license usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As WIZ provides one Single Platform to report OS/Software vulnerabiltiies along with assessing cloud misconfiguration- it helps us to visualize and prioritize all security findings in a centralized manner.
Easy to deploy solution to gain visibility quickly
What do you like best about the product?
For us, Wiz has been very helpful in finding issues that we would otherwise not have found.
Engineers spend time working on features, but they can't be looking out for security issues 24/7. For us, Wiz helps to fill that gap. (but it does not replace a good security engineer)

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the lower severity issues can still be quite verbose although not useless, but this highly depends on the environment.
Some findings can trigger repeatedly in case you use serverless resources, this then requires some custom rules to work around this.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In terms of compliance, Wiz helps us to make sure we're doing what needs to be done. It also provides dashboards that help leadership gain insight into the amount of issues that are being resolved. This makes it easier for us to advocate for time spent on security issues.
