A comprehensive cloud security platform which is effective in usage and offers great support

It is very comprehensive with constantly growing capabilities. We count on it to be the basis of our cloud security..

Nothing substantial but occasional specific cumbersome configurations. They are specific and do not represent the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz are solving a few aspects:
Cyber security alert and posture platform, that covers most attack vectors (if not all) on our systems and services. Wiz covers our cloud posture and near real time detection of threats. We appreciate it answering a wide range of potential attack vectors.
Additionally, Wiz covers a very important aspects of compliance, which is critical for us to allow doing business.

Complete cloud visibility
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to onboard, single pane of glass for cloud insights, and false-positive-free intelligence, Wiz provides quality insight in a single platform. Powered by a useful GraphQL API, whatever you need - you can find and act upon.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the nature of GraphQL, there is a learning curve to getting the most out of Wiz. Dashboards, reporting and clear UI help with this, but you will need to dedicate some time understanding the API and search query for development purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single pane of glass for security, agentless vulnerability scanning, container security, malware and threat detection on the full cloud inventory.

What do you like best about the product?
Regularly release quick updates that include all the new CVEs and incorporate multiple new features in line with the latest trends in security. Additionally, our system has the capability to scan the entire environment for CVEs and vulnerabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current approach to addressing multiple vulnerabilities is not efficient. There is no clear strategy for resolving these vulnerabilities simultaneously and leveraging the systems effectively. For instance, creating an aggregation of assets per virtual machine or deployment could streamline the process, aiding both DevOps and IT teams in managing these issues. Additionally, consolidating the findings by prioritizing the most substantial version update could efficiently address all related vulnerabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assisting us in aligning with security standards like NIST SCF and addressing security gaps, including cloud misconfigurations and vulnerabilities.
A cloud security no-brainer
What do you like best about the product?
Wiz is built for cloud-centric environments putting it ahead of traditional security tooling that has been modified to fit cloud environments. It utilises the dense amount of existing information and makes it simple to interpret/manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a constant stream of updates and new features. It is challenging to use Wiz to the full extent all the time and does require dedicated resource.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The greatest challenge with securing cloud environments is complete visibility. Wiz provides this and integrates an understanding of risk. We are no longer dependent on running reports via IT Operations.
Great value-add for a business
What do you like best about the product?
Specific knowledge around Cloud Security is more detailed than just what the SOC can offer. This adds a second pair of eyes on security gaps and misconfigurations that helps us secure our cloud enviroment without a huge dedicated security assessment service from a SOC.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wiz needs quite a bit of knowledge to understand what it's showing you and knwolegde on how to interpret the results and subsequent remediations. This may make it hard for a unskilled security team to pickup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives as the assurance that despite our SOC being aware of our cloud enviroment, we have a 2nd pair of eyes highlighting detailed misconfugurations and vulnerabilities.
Almost all in one solution for cloud security

I like the portal and the ability to qurery complicated actions

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the dashboards are too heavy and takes time to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using wiz for docker scanning, container security - agent is running on our kuberenetes cluster and cloud scanning(discover secrets, service accounts and over priviliges resources).
Wiz is a great tool that continually helping our team to follow and apply security best practices

The accurate and quiality of the findings, the details about each case is very wide and helping us solve the case even if you are not a security oriented enginner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimges I find the whole UI experience a little bit confusing, the general flow doesn't feel nature and doesn't feel like user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We intergate Wiz in our CI pipeline to find vulnurable packages. I like the details around it, what's the issue and which version has a fix.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, great visibility of the issue, good remediation offers to fix the issue, convenient dashboards to get the overall picture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it finds problems that can be fixed only by AWS themselves, or other problems without any remediation option offered by Wiz.

Wiz gives us a good layer of security to our cloud environments
Great Product Which Can Show Less Data
What do you like best about the product?
I like the understandable flow figures that shows who can access what and what every issue/vulnerability can impact directly and indirectly. It alerts in real time about security breaches that might happen in the organization's cloud resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
There UI is a bit busy sometimes with a lot of descriptions and summaries and it would be much clear to see what we are looking for without reading unnecessary data.
