Lots of data to dig into, good developer experience
What do you like best about the product?
The most impressive part of Wiz for me is the quality of their API. Most of my interaction with Wiz has been working to integrate it into some of our other tools, and the documentation and API console makes using the API a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the API side, I do wish that it was a bit easier to get a sense of what data is available to pull. The graph schema can be a bit overwhelming at times and while the documentation in the API explorer helps, it's not as detailed (mostly regarding data types or acceptable values) as I wish it was sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us get a picture of what's in our cloud environment and provides action items for dealing with vulnerabilties. It's a great tool for enriching attack surface management data we have from other sources and giving us a more complete picture.

I love that Wiz protects our cloud environment at different levels.
The detail of the issue is great and it definetely helps having a visual to understand attack path.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have been having some difficutlty with creating new detections. As I understand this feature is not quite available yet but am very much looking forward to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Originally our cloud infrastructure was smaller but now that it is growing we want to make sure that on top of regular vulnerability scanning we are also looking at additional configurations that should be in place for a more secure environment.

Allows to perform an introspection and see attack paths into the systems with low number of false positives (in to other big players on the market).
Good support and product people who are always ready to help even if it's over zoom or other live session.

What do you dislike about the product?
Wiz iz very fine tuned and optimized for classic scenarios like webserver farms and system using default gcp/aws configurations.
If you try to do more customized solutions, it will give you higher number of false positives and will require more attention.

Reduce attack surface of our systems, understand when a new security issues related to our configurations pops, understand the impact, and and priorities for handling the security issues.

Wiz presents its findings in a clear and actionable way, without overwhelming the user.

The pricing model, based on workloads, is not always easy to understand.

Wiz helps us in keeping our Cloud infrastructure securely configured. It also allows us to spot vulnerabilities in our containers and dependencies which we would otherwise not easily spot.

The periodic scans take a while to detect new or resolved issues

easy to deploy, easy to understand and covers a lot of areas in the Cloud security managment world

easy and quick time to detect any gap or misconfiguration created by a user, also it is available to all of the teams each using it for their own purpose

What do you like best about the product?
Wiz is easy to set up and use. Once configured it requires very little maintainance. The security graph provides great detail on our cloud estate and the relationship between resources. Wiz uses this informaiton to great effect by showing toxic combinations of issues and misconfigurations. This provides our cloud teams with the information they need to prioritise and remediate non-compliances
What do you dislike about the product?
Wiz almost provides too much information, which is great but can seem a bit overwhelming at times. Althought Wiz does it's best to structure the information it can sometimes be hard to interpret, especially for those that don't use Wiz regularly and understand how to navigate it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an organisation that hosts workloads in hundreds of cloud subcriptions/accounts over 4 different cloud platforms, Wiz provides a centralised and detailed view of our cloud estate. It provides a single interface that our cloud engineers can use to review cloud asset inventory, and identify and investigate non-compliances, vulnerabilities and issues.

Dashboard is excellent for prioritizing issues even for novice use.

Wiz scanning doesn't detect risks in real time. New sensors are now included and these capabilities are growing. I believe that within a year Wiz will get good real time capabilities.

Wiz is the tool that I use to gain visibility on my cloud security posture and to conduct security analysis. The richness of data in one single platform plus the ease of querying it, makes Wiz a valuable tool.
Great solution, professional organisation with startup mentality.

Most complete CNAPP solution in the market and the support organisation does listen to customers and implement changes quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing could be lower and customer dashboard feature is missing, one should be able to create dashboards.
