We like the security reports and it maps all the network path. It does help review our security posture

What is most valuable?
With Wiz, we get timely alerts for leaked data or any vulnerabilities already existing in our environment.
What needs improvement?
The solution's container security could be improved. We have to install an agent. We need an agent that can be installed, or that can overview all the containers and Kubernetes so that it can detect malicious activities that are happening in them. If it happens, we need to have an option to take a remote from one console, like we do in EDR, and remediate all those activities.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Wiz for one year.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Wiz is a stable solution, and we haven't faced any breakdowns.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Around 10 to 15 users are using the solution in our organization. The solution is not in a place to take up scalability requests.
How are customer service and support?
The solution's technical support was timely.
How was the initial setup?
The solution's initial setup was easy, and the onboarding was very simple.
What about the implementation team?
The solution is deployed pretty fast. We deployed the solution last year, and it was on boarded and in production in less than a week.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
Wiz is a moderately priced solution, where it is neither cheap nor costly.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Before choosing Wiz, we evaluated and did a POC with Prisma Cloud And Tenable. We chose Wiz because Prisma Cloud was costly and out of our budget, and Tenable did not satisfy most of our requirements.
What other advice do I have?
You can choose to use Wiz if you're not looking for a container deduction and response or Kubernetes security. The solution is deployed on AWS Azure and a private cloud in our organization. The solution's compliance reporting capabilities increased the score of our security scorecard.
Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

The learning curve for Wiz and Salesforce integration can be steep. Users need to invest time in understanding the platform and its functionalities, which may slow down the adoption process.
Another thing to consider is support availability. Depending on the users location and time zone, accessing timely support may be challenging.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz is helping us with our business processes and workflows in order to obtain anual work increases efficiency and streamlines operations. We are also heavily using its reporting and analytics capabilities, to make better informed decisions and identify areas of improvement.

Comprehensive Cloud Security Coverage: Wiz offers an extensive range of cloud security capabilities, covering all major cloud providers. This breadth of coverage ensures that we can effectively manage and secure our multi-cloud resources from a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited Customization: I find that Wiz's default policies are not very customizable and trying to determine the scope of a default policy is very difficult or impossible without a mis-configured resource to trigger the policy. Customization and policy query options could be expanded to accommodate a wider range of use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz is helping us solve the problem of needing to scan our multi-cloud resources for misconfigurations and alerting our customers to remediate these misconfigurations.

Wiz provides a very good UX to access the urgent issues in our cloud environments.
The query capabilities and flexibility in creating custom controls are very useful to us. The threat center focuses on trending vulnerabilities and Wiz dashboards enable us to focus our efforts on fixing the most critical issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
Wiz can improve the way it augments the vulnerability data with additional data on Technologies. It sometimes has missing technologies but updated its inventory as soon as we opened a case on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud security visibility is very important to us. Wiz enables us to see what security issues we have within our multi-cloud and multi-account environment, what is important and how to fix it.
Wiz is best in class for Cloud Security
What do you like best about the product?
Wiz is becoming a one stop shop for Cloud Security needs. First and foremost it provides visibility to the entire cloud environment down to the OS level without an agent. The range of their tools just gets more impressive from there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most things I don't like about Wiz are extremely minor, but they can't do everything. They struggle with historical metrics. While this has gotten better recently it's not as robust as you might need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz gives us visibility to our cloud environment. It allowed us to get a wholistic view of the cloud environment and be able to prioritize the work. It allowed us to build a robust cloud security program from the ground up.

I think one of the strongest aspects of the solution is its instant coverage out of the box - once linked to your cloud org account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is a bit further development required in the patch managent space, i.e. how can teams best address vulnerabilities and missing patches. The visbility of vulnerabilities is fantastic, just need to bridge the gap between identifying and making it clear and easy for remediation teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my team, vulnerability identification and reporting. If we were to use our traditional VM solution it would take us a long time to deploy agents, where Wiz is agentless.

1. Easy setup - I was able to install Wiz in our clouds within a short amount of time.
2. Visibility - With Wiz, I can quickly track down assets anywhere, especially IAM related items.
3. Threats - Wiz provides the context behind vulnerabilities, making it easier for me to determine which vulnerabilities to address first."

1. It is a bit pricey. While it provides good value, if you are a small company, obtaining approval from leadership might take some effort.

3. Customer success. The pre-sales team is excellent and very helpful. However, once you purchase Wiz and transition to post-sales, you may feel a bit left out. We aren't the largest organization by any means, so it might be due to how much we spend on Wiz. After we purchased Wiz, we received an email with links to documentation and YouTube videos. It all felt a bit impersonal. I requested a meeting where we could have an initial walkthrough of Wiz for my team. I was told to have my team watch the videos and read the documentation. Detailed information with customizable infterface
What do you like best about the product?
Overall the product shows relevant information is a formation that is easy to understand and take action on. The API is easy to use and allows use of information in other locations as well. The ability to track resources and issues throughout the entire environment helps with finding and remedidating issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the the amount of choices can be overwhelming. It can be daughting at times to find what you are looking for. You have to search for some information and sometimes the results dont match other tools for comparasoin of results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking what is being deployed across the organization automaticly in the three cloud platforms without having to use change requests, reading wiki pages, or relying on updates from other departments. Removing the human element allows automation for detecting and resolving issues before they become a threat.

It primarily focuses on solving the problem of identifying and managing vulnerabilities within cloud environments. It helps us enhance our our security posture. We were able to track vulnerablities before pushing it to prod. Potential breach was detected and mitigated with help of Wiz.
