StoriiCare Is The Way We Care

What do you like best about the product?
StoriiCare is easy to use, fully customizable, and the their team allowed us as much time as we needed to learn the ropes. Our Adult Day Program uses every aspect of the software, from recording progress notes to integrated billing. The StoriiCare team has an incredible response rate, rarely leaving issues unresolved for more than 24 hours. Additionally, they have converted documents, ported profiles, and recorded tutorial videos without any difficulty. We love StoriiCare!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no denying that StoriiCare can be a bit complex to start using, considering the endless customization options. It's a good thing they have an incredible support team!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
StoriiCare is faster than its competitors! Having previously used Wellsky, StoriiCare is simply a faster, more carefully designed product. We love the way our EMR functions, and uploading EMR documents is a cinch. We've gone fully digital! What's more, they don't nickel-and-dime with storage fees. Our families love to see their loved ones' profiles. And I love how easy it is to create digital forms and use them for cognitive and nursing assessments.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are not rolled out yet - like automated reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier charting and billing, saves a lot of time. Programming and making the activity calendar, scheduling.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful things about StoriiCare, is that it allows us to keep track of our daily schedule as well as client information, making easily accessible for staff and other management at our facility.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of StoriiCare include being unable to terminate a client‘s profile and still have the date of termination on record. Another downside would be the bugs the platform also includes such as glitches that prohibit the staff from removing certain task and/or editing them causing them to repeat in our system. Another thing would be the parents ability to reach out to staff through messages first as well as the ability to get notifications through the Storiicare Family app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
StoriiCare allows me to keep my client information as well as our daily schedule for the office all in once place. Despite the platform being a bit difficult to navigate for our first time users, once familiar they are able to keep up with tasks as well as track our activities throughout the day.
