What do you like best about the product?
The DecisionLink team was always very helpful and available to help with creating ROI models for 5 NCR solutions. The Value Cloud application was easy to use for our sales and account owners.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I disliked about working with DecisionLink - we had a great experience!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to create 5 business models to help aid our sales teams and close deals faster. There have been many benefits associated with the BIM models that DecisionLink team helped us to create.

Build active engagement and the understanding of value from our prospects. We've seen a reduction in the time to close and a reduction in discounting pressure via the transparent communication of value via Decisionlink
Extremely Valuable Software
What do you like best about the product?
Having implemented DL at two companies, I've been so impressed with how implementing and consistently using the software changes the mindset of salespeople. I've seen a massive shift from unnecessary feature reviews - unless something can be translated to quantifiable business impact, it's probably not work spending too much time on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The presentation materials were not ideal early on but they have greatly improved over the past couple years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At both companies, I wanted to move from feature based selling to business value exploration and quantifiable customer outcomes. We also wanted to reduce sales cycles and discounting.
