What do you like best about the product?
I think it is a good tool for sales, customer success, and marketing and provides good metrics and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their is nothing to dislike, however its highly configurable and you can lose focus on the numerous options
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It definately did provide us with a holitic overview of sales pipeline, and also customer success

What do you like best about the product?
The customer linking platform has modern social media client attraction tools. It automation marketing campaigns to cover wide areas. It has opened infrastructure that links our products and services to international traders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our trades have been doing well since we discovered this platform. I have not disliked anything from the software performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Achieving our sales targets have been great boost to our entire marketing channel. DecisionLink Customer Value Management had opened great leads for customer interactions. We have improved overall production capacity with increased sales.

Lots of customizable elements, really helps highlight value and native.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, potentially some CX related elements but otherwise great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to visually aid myself as a salesperson and our team in order to help us close deals faster and with integrity.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very flexible and the outputs are very sleek. Overall, it is quite easy to learn and use once you get past the typical rep's reluctance to use ROI calculator.
What do you dislike about the product?
Internal adoption is dependent on your sales culture, and if there isn't top down buy-in, it is challenging to get full adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Boiling down our rather complex product's value proposition into data and visuals that resonate with decision makers.

It provides a consistent process for communicating solution value to the Customer.

DecisionLink is helping our sales team improve discovery questions and quantify pain points and desired outcomes. Benefits include an improved value selling approach, consistency and automation, and improved Customer deliverables that achieve a significantly higher win rate.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how configurable it is - the platform really lets me create customizable elements that work for the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a bit clunky. there are several pieces of it that puzzle me in terms of why they did things the way they did.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been solving the problem of providing Value Engineering tools to our organization at scale. we've been able to service a sales team numbering in the hundreds with a team of 4 people.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its an excellent tool for scaling up a value management group. it can be a bit clunky from a UI perspective, but if you're looking to give your organization the ability to self service simple requests, its unbeatable.

What do you like best about the product?
In a world where it seems like most software for sales professionals is really for leadership (think CRM's), it's refreshing to see that DecisionLink focused on creating a solution that is easy to use and helps sales professionals clearly communicate value.
What do you dislike about the product?
Earlier versions of the software weren't as intuitive as today's version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DecisionLink helped solve the challenge of lower qualified leads, engaging prospects earlier in their buying process and avoiding the no decision.
This created higher qualified leads, shorter sales cycles and happier clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Once a solid model is built out, I can generate a draft business case for our customers in minutes. Then the real value comes in--collaboration with our customers to build a business case with THEIR numbers that tells THEIR story.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building a reliable and compelling model takes time and requires continuous work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a highly dynamic environment which requires a new way of thinking, we strive to educate our customers on feature-specific benefits custom to their organization. The ValueCloud business impact model gives us a structure to drive these conversations and to visualize economic impact of our solution.

Excellent and versatile tool for helping teams with value selling

What do you like best about the product?
Value Cloud takes a holistic approach to helping estimate the value customers would receive. You can embed the value calculator on a website to allow people to perform a self-service estimate of the value they might receive. That value estimate can be handed off to a salesperson to have a more detailed discussion with that prospect. And importantly, that value proposition can be tied to the customer's account long-term so that the customer success team can continue to review whether the customer is on-track to receive the benefits they'd hoped for.
What do you dislike about the product?
While value cloud is very easy for sales people and prospects to use, the configuration of the tool on the backend is arcane and difficult to understand. Their team puts in a ton of energy to help make sure that the backend calculations are setup correctly, so in the end we had great confidence in the setup. But the configuration could be made more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were performing business value assessments using one spreadsheet template, and had only two people in the company who understood how to use it. The value discovery interviews were time consuming and dependent on just these two people. Value Cloud is enabling us to scale up our value engineering operations enormously. We're still in the early stages of implementation, but we expect to scale from doing value assessments on 5-10% of deals to being able to do it on ~50% of deals.

It's an excellent tool, but you'll need to budget some significant time to get it set up and running correctly
