Solid Speech to text API service
What do you like best about the product?
API is simple to get up and running. The team is supportive on slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
The online portal for managing or debugging lacks some features like searching by link. Also resposne times are a bit slower than others.

We use Gladia for their speech to text API.

Gladia stands out as one of the best transcription tools on the market. Its ease of use makes it accessible even for beginners, and the comprehensive documentation provides clear guidance. The tool excels in speed, rich features, and overall user experience, making transcription tasks smooth and efficient.

So far, I haven't encountered any significant downsides. However, continuous updates with new features could further enhance the platform's value.

Gladia effectively solves the issue of transcription inaccuracies, especially hallucinations, without requiring any pre-processing of audio. I use it to transcribe calls from our VOIP solution, and it delivers fast, reliable, and accurate results. Additionally, its speed and excellent price-to-performance ratio make it one of the best solutions on the market for handling large volumes of audio data efficiently.

When you have a high volume, it is difficult to track your usage/transcription.
