Their support is high quality; you can even contact their CTO, etc.

When you have a high volume, it is difficult to track your usage/transcription.
Refactoring is needed here. Not rare, but sometimes they have service downtimes.

Honestly, I haven’t encountered any downsides so far. The service works seamlessly and fits perfectly into my workflow for downstream tasks.

Gladia solves the challenge of accurately transcribing speech to text with precise timestamps. It is usful for our downstream tasks, e.g. captioning, translation.
