What do you like best about the product?
I like Maximo Mobile where I have real time access to assets data and work orders. also, It works both offline and online.
I like Modern UI - Carbon design, it is clean, responsive and consistent UI. Very easy to use for new users.

It requires good infrastructure and skilled Ops support.

It is very very helpful to asset management, maintenance management & automatic intelligent scheduling program, loT integration every with this tool is very helpful

Not much in dislike, general l like lesser in usee experience, it should be betterin user interface & experience. Like it should be easy to understand and should not time taker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some time am facing lags in management if the loading data is high means it took lot of time.

Great Asset Management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Some features that I like the best are like it runs maintenance schedules, it offers a wide range for data integration. Moreover, it offers proper workflow management as per the organization's requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
For smaller organizations, it might seem on the higher end of the spectrum when it comes to pricing, but it is totally worth it. The interface can be made more user-friendly and appealing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it to manage assets and track them. It also helped create reports of the same, which were useful in analysis. Ticket management is another area where the process got streamlined because of IBM Maximo.
Best Tool for Application Management using AI to improve the performance of the Project
What do you like best about the product?
Artificial Intelligence integration for Asset management is the best feature of all. It reduces downtime and also the cost efficiency of the overall project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike in the Tool, but there are a few functional shortfalls in the application, like a few methods that are not there in the application core functionality like mbo.getValue().
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it for one Proof of concept for a client to implement the asset management with artificial intelligence and make the asset management more accessible and remote with mobile integration.
The Cadillac of CMMS
What do you like best about the product?
I love the one stop shopping for PM, work orders and calibration that you get with Maximo. These guys wrote the book on calibrations and it shows. I have worked in several other electronic CMMS systems and none of them compare. The automation and scheduling take what typically is a very paper-heavy process to 100% digital. In our heavily regulated industry, it made retrieval of documentation for audits a breeze. Finally, compared to the many electronic systems that I have worked in throughout my career this system has the least number of issues with bugs I have ever seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a bad thing that I can say about this system. If I am forced to call out something, then I would say that the most prohibitive aspect would be cost. I have attempted to steer multiple employers towards this system and found the reason for most to go another direction being cost and/or integration capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Maximo we were able to transform a paper-based system to be 100% electronic. In an FDA regulated industry this is a huge win due to the record retention expectations. It also made the total asset history accessible with a few key strokes which is a lifesaver when being audited.
Easier and simple workflow and asset management with IBM Maximo
What do you like best about the product?
We are using IBM Maximo to manage our electric ovens and servers, and the tool gives us the possibility to have all the information about each equipment through a centralized database. When it was purchased, when a particular part was exchanged, when the warranty ends, and when the next service is due. This gives us more peace of mind because everything is done automatically. Technicians and users can access the information and also feed preventive and updated data. The reports obtained are easy to understand and even someone who is not familiar with using the tool can easily understand
What do you dislike about the product?
We have no problem using the tool. On the contrary. The whole facilitated process that IBM Maximo has given us was a great surprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a big expense with maintenance that was unnecessary and we had no idea which part would really need to be replaced, what period would be the ideal time to carry out routine maintenance and revisions. We even had one of our ovens serviced 5 times in a week. As we make bread and panettone, we couldn't stand still and so we had to take urgent action without a detailed study of what really needed to be repaired. With the use of IBM Maximo in a short time, it was possible to accurately catalog parts, purchase periods, warranty, having coherent, clear and real information from technicians and users of the equipment. Now it's easier to know when, what and how to buy a certain part so that the useful life of the equipment is even more extended, providing us with great savings on unnecessary expenses

IBM Maximo offers many tools for enterprise asset management and manages all asset classes (e.g., tangible fixed assets, maintenance products). For us IBM Maximo is a perfect tool for inventory management

IBM Maximo is a good tool for managing assets, but some management capabilities miss. For mature organizations that require additional complexity, this could be useful if IBM Maximo had this opportunity. The mobility is not that great either, the user interface lacks capability

We use IBM maximo for all inventory asset management classes and asset strategy development. It is also highly configurable and therefore functions well if you have lot of customizations that need to be done

My recommendation would be to customize the software for your company-specific needs because IBM Maximo allows highly customizing tools

IBM Maximo is very scalable, agile and enables us to respond to our business changes very quickly. I love the service team constantly upgrade this tool to the latest version which comes up with new features.

What do you like best about the product?
IBM Maximo is the best program I have used for analyzing data. I can say adding HSE Manager makes a great value in it. As its overall performance and features, along with the understanding of industrial views, it can be considered as the top of the CMMS product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt it was pretty expensive and overpriced. Along with that, it has a mazor issue that it freezes more than expectations due to which sometimes it won't allow you to save it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's indeed a complex system, but you can configure it to your exact need of work. My company uses Maximo to keep track of its resources which basically helps to give essential input, and it works and keeps growing itself.
