User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
it helps assets management, maintenance record, etc.

It's helping menu quite difficult to use.

especially when we work in the logistic field it helps a lot

there is nothing bad about maximo as i have been using thsi for 3 yesra in the past and i was enjoying lot to using as i was able to get all the required data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
as far as i know we can get everything data that we want and its more important in logistics and supply chain that when we deal with vendors and stock management.

I'd suggest to use this to every organazation

Best Aseet Management system because of its user friendly interface

It is the best asset management platform, there is nothing bad so far about maximo

It is helping to plan out and execute my day to day jobs. It helps me to maintain my inventory levels. It helps me to check and update back log of work orders.

This is the most easy and complete software to use for asset management system.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrated modules in maximo helps the user to utilize maximum features in minimum amount of time. Tools being used by me are Work orders tracking, procurement, Preventive maintenance etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that is sometime anoying is auto logged out feature. while using any module or writing a detailed reporting, if it gets logged out, all writing disappers. so this feature should be disabled or auto saving should be enabled.
I have used another CMMS software where there was a feature of auto PR in procurement if the stock reaches minimum level. I think this feature is missing.
Another feature can be added, if a user raises emergency PR, email should be automatically floated to management for approval.

Its an asset management tool. Interface is super friendly to use. Deployment is not rocket science of maximo. Customer support is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally felt maximo can improve in the area where we feel the need to handle big amount of data. This is subjective opinion and can vary from person to person.

Incident tracking, multiple project activities tracking, analytics are super convenient and helpful.

The BIRTH report is too complex, and the inventory too complicated.
