DoiT Is a Fantastic Partner

What do you like best about the product?
DoiT has been a fantastic partner in our journey to standardizing and scaling our cloud stack. We have used their support services when we've run into issues, or often just for guidance and advice before commiting to a specific model or service. They're insight into our platform, costs and systems has been invaluable! Support engineers are willing to hop on a call to discuss in real time our issues versus just playing tag in ticket comments
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many downsides to call out, from entering tickets to navigating their platform, it's rather easy! Sometimes it's a little bit of back and forth before the issues are resolved but that's hardly a sympton of Doit, mainly that any cloud provider is a lot to keep track of
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DoiT allows insight into our platform in a more easy digestable method than native cost introspection provided by our cloud provider. They're also a valuable resource should we have questions around offerings from our provider or issues we encounter

What do you like best about the product?
I started my DevOps career not so long ago, and I've been facing so many challenges on GCP; whenever I felt stuck, I've always thought about DoIT and how they would be able to help me out in such times.
Regardless of the timezone, they are always available to help those in need.
What I like most about them is the way they communicate; I've worked closely with them on an urgent case where we had to find the source of "sent malicious traffic" within a high scale infrastructure and identify the risk. It was pretty fun, even in such a stressful time.
I really appreciate their help
What do you dislike about the product?
For the past cases that I worked with doit, the only thing probably I wouldn't say I like probably has to escalate the case to get a faster response rate;
some issues don't cause production to go down, but at the same time,, they still require a fast response rate;
probably a misunderstanding on my side of the issues categories/priorities, but when creating an issue, i always have to choose "production down" to ensure a fast response rate; probably a good idea to change or add more categories that require fast response / and is not production down not to create confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consulting and IT support on multiple platforms and products, main focus is IT support on the GCP platform , i'm junior devops engineer at mashvisor and whenever i feel stuck, i always tend to ask for DoIT support

What do you like best about the product?
I have been working with DoiT for a while now, and I must say they have been an excellent partner. Their expertise in cloud technology has helped us in reducing our cloud costs and improving our engineering productivity. As an AWS Cloud Partner, they provided valuable guidance and support throughout our AWS product journey. What I appreciate the most about DoiT is their responsiveness to our needs and their collaborative approach as we continue to grow. I highly recommend DoiT to any organization looking to optimize their cloud costs and improve their cloud-based services.

We do not have any negative experiences with Doit
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am very impressed with how much they have helped me in reducing my cloud costs and improving my engineer productivity. As a cloud technology and service provider, their expertise has been instrumental in solving these key problems for me. They have provided me with valuable guidance and support, helping me streamline my AWS product journey and achieve greater efficiency in my services. What's more, their responsiveness and commitment to collaboration is truly exceptional.

What do you like best about the product?
They are a global company with the minimum local presence to make you feel a close partner
What do you dislike about the product?
There is just once thing, payment method. It's 100% manually but I know they are working to bring a solution to this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AWS best practices, reduce infrastructure cost with the same or even more capacity.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate the distribution of specific reports and have one dashboard to visualise my entire cloud spend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding could have been a bit more pleasant should DoiT have had the flexibility to enable FlexSave with our company's historical data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's currently about enabling GCP savings based on our usage without requiring GCP commitments from our company.

Working with their team has been absolutely amazing! We get savings, better dashboards, and doers to help us when stuck.

There isn't anything I dislike about DoiT.
