Great company with great services
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to get help, and they are quick to answer, no matter if it is a highly technical question, or if it is about billing questions about their own service. And you never get any unexpected costs from them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that if you have an account that uses credit card payments, they send out the invoice the day it is generated, but the payment is done on the due date, so that is a but problematic with our automatic banking system, where it doesn't find the transaction of the invoice sent. And even has made issues with manual handling, since our banking office expect us to send in invoices when they are paid. But in a whole, this is a tiny issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the first part, I get a single place to check the costs for all our 5 companies that has their own AWS accounts. And if we had a big google cloud account too, it would also be combined into this dashboard, which is great. Another problem they solve is simplicity of generating stats and graphs of usage/cost, as AWS's tools are much harder to use, and requires more clicks to get to the point you want.
Another super great thing is the free support that we get with DoiT with professional engineers. For free! I was sceptical at first, but they have delivered everything they promised. Better aws-prices and free support. We pay less than when we used AWS directly, and get much better and faster support/technical guidance.

Excellent service in cloud operations and FinOps
What do you like best about the product?
DoIt provides me with excellent and timely consultancy on both technical cloud operations and cost optiomizations. Their consultants are highly professional, and helped me with complicated topics like database migrations. They are highly available, reliable, and save me time and money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I am satisfied with their service and have no disadvantages I can think of. They service has been good and I plan to continue working with them in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
System design, undesrstanding cloud solutions and managing cost in both GCP and AWS. This includes technical advice and FinOps assistance for cost optimization and control.
Great Service Provider
What do you like best about the product?
The professionalism that the representatives show , I was personally on a call 3-4 days ago and the representative was extremly professional as well well prepared tech wise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not say I have much ti say on tearms on negative , they ahve been very mititious in what they do , they are very well rpepared tech wise so from a support point of view theya re awesome.

DoIT is assisting me personally from both a cost point of view as well as support for cloud services point of vuew , some services I work with are fine tuned by DoIT .

great support and response time, close communication with the account manager, FlexSave works great, and the report's insights are wow!

can't find anything I dislike, the platform is really good!

DoIT Does IT!
What do you like best about the product?
Theres plenty of good stuff i can come up with regarding this guys quick support and expertise, they pretty much know how to work arround your need while keeping an eye on your monthly costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just a visual complaint on thier UI, some other providers offer a better visual exprience ih their dashboards, but nothing that they can not redesing - just a little bit more love on their interfaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DoIT has the best support and especialist on pretty much every aspect and support demands we've had so far, experts and engineers with vast experience and the best practices ever, they really know what they are doing and the the client needs and expects!
Missing a dedicated architect
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the excellent and prompt support we've received from the team. The FinOps service has been particularly helpful in managing our costs effectively
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a great experience working with this company, but I believe there is room for improvement. I would like to see a dedicated representative who can become familiar with our business and its unique needs. Having a single point of contact would allow for more personalized recommendations based on their expertise and our organization's specific requirements.
Additionally, I feel that the Finops tool currently in use is insufficient for our needs and could benefit from further development to provide a better analysis of our costs.

The timezone differences sometimes. Sometimes the task is assigned to an employee that is in a very different timezone.
