The tech support for GCP that should've been there to begin with
What do you like best about the product?
Our company started using DoiT because we weren't getting a lot of support directly from Google. DoiT delivered well on this promise - our engineering team has been very happy with the level of support we've received while being a DoiT partner, and helped us navigate both technical, architectural and contractual challenges with GCP. DoiT has an excellent relationship with Google, so we've actually formed a stronger relationship with Google's support team as well, even while being a step removed.
Other smaller wins to throw in here - anomaly detection of costs has been helpful on more than one occasion, saving us real $$$ on the way.

What do you dislike about the product?
3-way communication with Google has been necessary on the occasion. This has not significantly slowed anything down for us, but it's worth calling out as it's a necessary evil of GCP reseller setup. For us, the downside is absolutely worth it.
The cost management platform should update daily or even in real-time. As of writing this, I believe the main dashboards only update once a week, which makes for an unnecessarily slow visibility cadence.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GCP support, primarity. Cost management is a secondary benefit.
DoiT provides free support for AWS and helps us save money
What do you like best about the product?
We were able to save about 15% on our AWS bill using FlexSave and it was really easy. We also have access to the DoiT account management and support team in addition to the support we get from Amazon.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's kinda confusing that we now have to use DoiT's console for AWS cost management and the AWS billing is no longer accurate. But once we got used to it it is no longer a big deal.

It is very easy to use,very centralized platform where you can purchase,manage and support your products.

The most anoying thing in the DoIT platform maybe is the support,because in many times it takes very long time to answer my questions or complate my requests.It could be faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In general they solved the need to trace and purchase separately all of the needed services or products.And this makes my work faster and this is the main benefit.

nothing, this company is a scam, it's messy.
What do you dislike about the product?
They will change your Amazon AWS ROOT access and refuse to give it to you back unless you terminate the agreement. They have even removed our personal accounts from AWS so we were completely locked out and couldn't have any control on our own account. No cost optimizations were done whatsoever. They misled us and promised 20 to 30% in savings and we never saw that happening, ZERO.

A little bit of slow to get going, but the quality is really good and all the expectations are met.

The platform is very good and easy to work with. The support is veri qulified and polite and helps you for evetything you may need. i have great overall experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the support is usually pretty slow at least for Bulgaria. Maybe it is because of the big difference in the time zones, but a lot of times i get an answer in the next day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DoiT helps me and my firm not only with creating new domains, but also with helping us to keep them safe, updated and runing. Also DoiT help us when we have doubts about which buisiness plan is best suited for us.
Stay away. Excellent tech team. Bad management.
What do you like best about the product?
DoiT's technical team is very knowledgeable and experienced. They went over and above to provide the best service beyond the initial scope, including helping us with non-technical and administrative matters related to Google's internal policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we transitioned our company to a new legal entity, DoiT issued new contract that was different from the contracts we had agreed. They did not notify us or highlight these changes, including things like adding a long-term commitment clause with minimum spending and clauses that prohibit to termination of the contract - in short they locked us up hostage without our knowledge. When this was discovered later, they acknowledged that this was their mistake and offered us 7% discount. They locked us into a contract that was effectively 200% more expensive than what we needed. Their argument is that they cannot do anything about the contract because they would be punished by Google for a contract change. You are not their customer. Google is their customer and they will treat you as such. There are plenty of other partners out there who will surely value your relationship more than DoiT.
Their management platform is clunky and confusing. It gets the job done if you're willing to spend the time navigating around.

For a small/medium business, it can be overwhelming to manage various platforms and systems. DoiT has provided a central point for the management of cost and support. Technical support was excellent.

My team uses the expert support for various scenarios, either for just consultation or for a help with complex tasks.
As an admin I'm in control of spend and usage and get detailed reports that helps me make the right decisions for my organization.

Navigating cloud management has been difficult for us as our platform grows quickly the complexity of the cloud requirements has grown. DoiT is helping us with first hand knowledge of how to best handle our cloud management.
