A trusted cloud partner with the powerful cost management tool
What do you like best about the product?
One of the biggest value-adds has been the DoiT Console portal. It’s intuitive, powerful, and incredibly useful for managing our cloud resources. The cost analytics and reporting features have helped us gain real-time visibility into our cloud spend, which made budgeting and forecasting much more efficient. The portal has become an essential part of our day-to-day operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such things we noticed so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The DoiT Console platform has been a game-changer for us, especially during our cloud migration. It gave us clear, actionable cost insights that helped us make smarter decisions and stay on top of our usage from day one.

What really impressed us was their proactive approach. Rather than waiting for us to raise a flag, the DoiT team regularly checked in and shared suggestions to help us improve our setup and stay ahead of potential issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost anomaly detection is based on the raw GCP billing data, which has some delay on the data. It would be great for DoiT to develop own solution for the near real time cost anomaly detection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their platform has also been a valuable asset. It’s given us real-time visibility into cost trends and helped us quickly spot and act on cost anomalies—something that’s made a big difference in how we manage and optimise our cloud spend.
Their engineers are not only highly skilled but also incredibly responsive and supportive. Every time we've needed help, they’ve been right there—offering clear guidance and thoughtful solutions.

No issues so far, except that sometimes we need to compare two distinct months in the cost reports, but that functionality isn’t supported.

What do you like best about the product?
DoiT enabled us to bring all our cloud expenses together under one roof. Their platform gave us the visibility and control that we needed to manage our cloud financials effectively. Leveraging their FinOps capabilities, we were able to consolidate our cloud costs and build a comprehensive toolkit to monitor and optimize our usage. Features like Flexsave and Spot Scaling made it easy to reduce costs without compromising performance, something critical for us and our workloads.
What do you dislike about the product?
What we dislike the most is the forecasting tool of the finops area of the console. They have a lack of accuracy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've significantly improved our governance model, reduced our overall cloud spend, and increased operational efficiency across our multi-cloud ecosystem.
A one-stop shop for all things cloud!
What do you like best about the product?
I was having issues with my GKE deployments, leveraging spot pods to save on hosting costs. I wanted to ensure that we had a specific number of spot pods per deployment but I was struggling with the config. I created a support ticket with DoiT and Alfred Tommy was amazingly accurate and insightful! He helped me understand the config that was provided and it helped me with my application. Very pleased with DoiT customer support!
I have multiple occasions where I need help from a specialist. I am the only Platform Engineer at my company, so sometimes I am unable to find the answer on my own, whether it be a requirement for getting a solution quickly, or there is a lack of documentation on a specific topic. Hence I use the tool quite regularly in this regard as the solutions provided by DoiT have always been the simplest and robust to implement.
Navigating the console is very easy to use as well.
Also, being able to easily integrate customer support to our infrastructure by adding read-only permissions to our cloud projects makes life so much easier.
The cost anomaly notification is also very useful for our organisation and it helps us track our spending.

What do you dislike about the product?
When I used to create support tickets on the console, my tickets would be assigned to a human. Whilst Ava, the GenAI assistant is very helpful and can provide very useful insight, I can get the same insight from the likes of Chat-GPT, Google Gemini and Claude.
So when I found out I wasn't being directed to a human anymore, I was quite upset. I was further disappointed when I found out that escalating a ticket (to what I assume was a human) would cost $750.

Helps me understand the breakdown of our hosting costs at a glance and where we can optimise. Any niche problems we can't solve with general documentation is very helpful for us.
The only tool you need for Cloud FinOps

Not only did it help us to easily identify cloud savings (~15%), it also reduced my personal time spent to analyse our monthly cloud cost. Unexplainable cost increases took me a few hours to investigate; now with Doit I can do that in less than 30min thanks to their great report and analytics capabilities.
Next the FinOps features my company uses their consulting services for Cloud components for which do not have an in house expert. The shared advice was very valuable in any case I can remember from the past.

The access to knowledgable resources, focused customer support and billing portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to get comfortable knowing DoiT is there to assist, but NOT "Do it" for you. You are still accountable for your environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Billing visibility and expertise on how to challenge our current architecture, drive optimization and evaluate other options. Their solution architects have seen it/done it in other environments. Its a great opportunity to learn from them.
Great technical expertise combined with timely responses
What do you like best about the product?
The technical expertise of every engineer that I have encountered. I have asked many guidance questions, and they always come up with a strong plan on how I can move forward. When we get into technical implementations, they always work with me until all bugs and features I need are done. Many times, my issues are outside the purview of DoiT or AWS, but they always help anyway. They are very quick to respond, not only to the initial query, but all throughout the process. They have helped me tremendously on a number of issues, including rightsizing, patching, domain controllers, query optimization, and even Perl. They are a great organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that I find the billing a bit complicated.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most is the support team. DoiT has a very dedicated team that has always been available every time I needed assistance. The transparency within the team is also amazing.

The system is abit complex. It has taken me a number of months to learn how to use the basic functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had an issue previously where out cloud cost was above the normal due to anomalies. DoiT system helps to monitor our costs to prevent such a case where we waste resources.
