SOPHOS MDR SOLVING MY INTERNAL & EXTERNAL Challenges !
What do you like best about the product?
Overall ease of use and seamless integration with our existing systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to use it with legacy systems such as server os 2008 and win 7 OS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Especially in weekends and holidays , feel relax because systems being monitored by the MDR Team, so relaxation.
To stay ahead of the threats in cyberspace we always need support from trusted partners
What do you like best about the product?
i can ask for a revision based on suspicious behavior and ask for explanation also they have detected threats before the internal team.
You already have the agent installed in the infrastructure if you use the AV, its just another subscription. it leverage the load on my SOC team.

Still haven't found something i don't like from the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of expertise on the market, my SOC team its new and they support the process on MDR letting them learn, mature the processes and protect the business.

Sophos MDR provides round-the-clock threat monitoring, ensuring constant vigilance against cyberattacks, even outside of standard business hours.Sophos MDR provides a managed service that handles the complexity of modern threats, including ransomware and other sophisticated attacks, through expert analysis and targeted actions.
I dont have to worry about Ransomware Attack any more
What do you like best about the product?
I don't have to worry about the threat showing on my Alerts tab. MDR team takes care of the those alerts when i authorized them to take actions.

Some times the number of call from MDR is so much that it gets irritating.

All the Threat are being taken care.

the initial setup and reporting can be a bit clunky, i'dlike a simpler dashboard for policy management and easier ways to customize reports. it works well, but the interface could be more modern and intuitive

Sophos mdr solves the problem of not having a 24/7, this benefits me by reducing my workload and giving me peace of mind that our system are always protected from advanced therats like rasnomware

The main problem is the time that must be dedicated to threat hunting since they take care of that and one can focus on addressing the problems of the company where they work.

The reports could be more detailed and customizable. Sometimes the initial response takes a bit longer than expected in minor incidents.

The Sophos analyst team acts quickly before incidents, communicates clearly, and collaborates directly in mitigation actions.

What I like least about Sophos MDR is that some custom configurations and fine-tuning of alerts require additional support or intervention, which can slow down certain processes.

The support provided by Sophos MDR Team is top notch
What do you like best about the product?
Sophos MDR integrates with the existing infrastructure and Office 365 seamlessly. The morning and response from Sophos MDR Support Team when a threat is detected is top notch. The Sophos Central portal is easy to use and provides excellent insights and all Sophos products and services are managed from Single Pane of Glass environment. Our onboarding was easy and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
None as of now. Our experience with MDR has been excellent till now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being an educational institution, we were quite concerned regarding the security of our desktops and servers. Our old endpoint solution could not prevent a ransomware attack on one of our file server. Since the deployment of Sophos MDR and Firewall, we have not had any serious cybersecurity incident.
