What do you like best about the product?
Complete tool, easy to install and easy administration which compky with ISO and standards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Incident Research capabilities and easy going process to work with.

EFFECTIVE IN SECURITY MATTERS

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about MDR is that they are monitoring my equipment 24/7 on security issues. This helps me focus on internal matters and my users, and not only that, if a finding occurs, they notify me even by phone call depending on the criticality. Also, what I like is the easy use of the management console.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would only be a point that communication with the engineers is only in English.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it solves for me is that it helps me dedicate more time to internal issues of the company where I work and focus on the problems reported by my users, since the topic of monitoring and everything that involves security takes up a lot of time, and with Sophos, I don't have to worry about that.

What do you like best about the product?
The average response time to an incident with Sophos MDR is 38 minutes. Since attackers also operate in globally organized 24/7 chains, it is all the more important to detect an attack or impact as quickly as possible and take action against it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only the price of the product needs to be improved. Everything else is flawless in my view. ;)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Only last week, we learned of a Sophos MDR case where the credentials of two users (username and password) were exposed or compromised. This was detected and reported by the Sophos Marketplace Integration Microsoft - Office 365 Management Activity.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with existing Sophos ecosystem.
Ease of integration and usage.
Easy customization options with integration support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Endpoint protection has speed limitations on Windows.
Endpoint protection in a software dev env requires a good deal of continued administration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acting as a SOC for a smaller sized team.

What do you like best about the product?
Setup with the Sophos team was very quick and a complete health check of the settings was performed. You receive active notifications about threats that might affect you and the associated measures. 24/7 response capabilities through the MDR team.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the very many configuration options, serious misconfigurations can easily be made. Integrations with other products sometimes cost extra.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The internal IT team cannot respond to potential security alerts 24/7 and cannot monitor everything in the normal day-to-day business. This is bridged by Sophos MDR.

Sometimes the report interaction via outlook does not seem to work.

While generally responsive, there can be occasional delays in communication or resolution depending on the complexity of the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization faced increasing pressure to detect and respond to cybersecurity threats quickly and effectively. With limited internal resources and growing complexity in the threat landscape, we needed a solution that could provide expert-level monitoring and rapid response around the clock. With the 24/7 monitoring we feel more secure.

Sophos, a practical and economical tool

What do you like best about the product?
Sophos is very convenient and easy to run and manage. It is simple to use and client installation is very quick. It also has many built-in features and add-ons at a very affordable price.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of its main disadvantages is that despite having many ways to customize its operation, it still lacks in terms of complete customization. There are certain options that cannot be altered or can only be added by the manufacturer itself. In addition, it lacks some ways to more efficiently manage registered devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos helps me protect my critical equipment from imminent threats that could affect it. It has helped me control issues of non-compliance and unsafe behavior among my users.
