What do you like best about the product?
In terms of value for money, speed, and quality of service, it's the premier MDR solution available in the market.
As for the Cyber Security as a Service, our confidence lies with the Sophos team.
Super fast onboarding and integration,
We utilize most of the Sophos solutions, all of which can be overseen from a unified SaaS platform.
Good and Trustworthy Support Representatives are always there to assist if required.

What do you dislike about the product?
The DLP Solution has only EU and US templates.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned previously, the sophos MDR Complete team Monitors 24/7 and manages organization-wide perimeter, with capabilities of integration with other vendors via API or Log Collector, additionally collects logs from Form 365 and Google to maintain the Email security and platforms as well.
Even if there is a Human factor breach via Phishing links or Social, the team knows how to prevent threats from spreading over the organization network, additionally, with the IR team, we can be 100% sure that the mitigation and remediation process will be accomplished.

Limited Automation in Host-Level Actions
MDR analysts often requested manual actions from your team—such as turning on machines, revoking sessions, or resetting passwords—rather than executing them directly. This reliance on customer-side intervention can slow down response times and increase operational overhead

The support rendered to initially configuring the policies and settings. even without support you can select the recommend setting to ensure maximum protection.
The simplicity in managing the the solution, feature rich yet very intuitive. Very easy to implment. great customer support in pre and post sales

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. To be very critical i would say at times report extraction can be slightly challenging.

Lack of visibility and skilled personnel to take appropriate action when alerted.

What do you like best about the product?
In my company scenario Sophos Endpoint Protection application control policies restrict the to use unauthorized applications. Behavioral detection, deep learning, anti ransomware, file less attack protection, Sophos MDR provides our company with expert-led threat detection,allowing my company to focus on our production while maintaining robust cybersecurity defenses. integration is so easy.it help me to Remidiate threate in my network in daily use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It work 24/7 so if i am not answer call they give me mail i did not like this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It help me to stop rensomeware and protect my network from outsider's and improve may working.
My experience with Sophos
What do you like best about the product?
Sophos was extremely easy to setup and very configurable. There are many extremely useful features for finding and removing suspicious files, I really love the threat graph that mimics what VirusTotal does. The email section of Sophos is really easy to use and very intuitive!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only downside with Sophos is that I wish there were more reports I could give to our executive team. I also wish the dashboards was more interactable.
