I really like the 7/24 monitoring and proactive threat detection,which gives me peace of mind

Sometimes the dashboard feels a bit complex and could be simplified for easier daily use

Effective 24/7 Threat Monitoring, Some Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Provides strong coverage across endpoints, network, and cloud with proactive threat detection. A knowledgeable support team that provides clear, actionable steps during investigations. Onboarding was smooth, and the dashboards give a quick view of security posture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reports are not customizable enough for our internal needs, and there can be delays in communication for lower-priority incidents. Integration with a few niche third-party tools required additional support, and contract terms (like log ingestion limits) could have been clearer upfront.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a geographically distributed team and partner/vendor ecosystem with varying levels of security controls. Sophos MDR is helping us address the challenge of 24/7 threat monitoring and response across these diverse areas, which we couldn’t realistically manage with our internal team alone. It closes the gap in detecting and responding to advanced threats like phishing attempts, lateral movement, and endpoint compromises. By having a dedicated analyst team continuously monitoring alerts and investigating suspicious activity, we’ve reduced the time it takes to identify and contain incidents.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sophos MDR is the 24/7 monitoring combined with proactive threat hunting by their expert team. Unlike traditional endpoint solutions that only alert on suspicious activity, Sophos MDR provides real-time detection, investigation, and response — which greatly reduces the burden on in-house IT/security teams. I also appreciate the seamless integration with the Sophos ecosystem (firewalls, endpoint, email security), giving a single-pane-of-glass view and faster containment of threats. Their analysts not only respond to incidents but also provide detailed insights and recommendations, which helps strengthen the overall security posture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Advanced customization and fine-tuning of detection rules can feel somewhat limited compared to more complex SIEM/SOC solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos MDR is solving the challenge of 24/7 monitoring, detection, and response that would otherwise require building an in-house SOC with significant investment in people and technology. It addresses problems like alert fatigue, missed advanced threats, and delayed response to incidents.

What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding was straightforward and sensible. The MDR representatives are always effective communicators and make the process, whether initial or ongoing, very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints. This product is effective, easy to use, and give me peace of mind.
