Sophos central connection to firewall is very bad and license in the portal would have error showing up at times

End user device security and network, with MDR I have Sophos 24hrs support.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a team monitoring and in some cases resolving security issues gives my team alot of time back in the day. Even if Sophos MDR team can't remidiate the threat, having someone monitoring the logs and giving us alerts to any issues has been a life saver. Sophos Support has been AMAZING with every case I have opened. I deal with so many 3rd party vendor support teams, Sophos is the best.... BY FAR!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if I could add more contacts when an event happens to reach out to. My organization has 3 locations accross the world, and with only 3 contacts, it's not enough, we would like 2 per location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the team monitoring the security logs takes alot off our teams plate. Not only does it help us with getting alerts, having an expert with knowledge of the remediation is worth the price.

What do you like best about the product?
I feel super protected with the number of security specialists they have and the constant 24/7 monitoring service is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, I have never had problems with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the monitoring that MDR gives us, it helps us minimize the problems that may arise.

Sophos MDR Seamlessly Integrates

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many things that I could mention about Sophos MDR. By far this is the best product Sophos can offer, however, some of the features that I enjoy the best is that this allows you to integrate it to your existing environments, not requiring you to completely switch over to Sophos. When you have another provider you can have MDR that would respond to those threats, and I also like that this is completely handled by human experts. Additionally, the services are extremely easy to deploy since you can do everything on the Sophos Central and adding the licenses can be done in just a few minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't use the term dislike, however, I do believe that there's room for improvement. Even though I understand that having dedicated human resources could be expensive, I do believe that Sophos still has room for improvement with the pricing. The value and features is great, however, when compared to the competition, this is definitely not the cheapest option. They would be more on the high end. I think that by having better pricing the product would be even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say that the main issue that this product would resolve is security, this is what this is meant for. In terms of security it prevents any threats that might affect the operations, specially prevents Ransomware which is the most common threat nowadays. Having this product allows you to stay safe and even if anything were to happen, you can still get a compensation with their brief protection warranty.

What do you like best about the product?
Sophos MDR has been wonderful to work with. Our business uses it primarily for threat detection and to supplement a cybersecurity role. When threats are detected we are almost immediately notified through email. The MDR time either takes action quickly to remedy the threat or we are provided with detailed steps to handle the threat on our end. Their responses are quick, knowledgeable, and consistently professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
You know I've been sitting here for a few minutes trying to come up with something I dislike about Sophos MDR but nothing comes to mind. Our company uses it as our Cybersecurity solution in conjunction with our own skills and it implements pretty flawlessly that way. I wish we could use it more to feel like we're really utilizing it but isn't that the point? They handle many things for us and if we do need to get involved, it is usually a pretty quick deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos MDR primarily acts as our Cybersecurity solution. Many businesses cannot afford a full time role for Cybersecurity or a full time role may not be necessary. Sophos MDR comes into play by monitoring threat detections in our environment and taking action against them. This frees up our team to focus on proactive tasks instead of constantly fighting fires and monitoring threats in our environment.

What do you dislike about the product?
The list of telephone number used by Sophos to call in case of deep Alert is not clear, so you can not put them in your alert list enable to ring anytime in your cell phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MDR is looking 24h per day 7 days per week 365 days per year at you Sophos security infrastructure, reacting in case of emergency and Alerting you in case of Hish Emergency (you can decide the level an cases for interaction).

What do you like best about the product?
What i like the most for Sophos MDR have a friendly interface and easy to use features. in addition their support team have timely response when it comes to notifying admin user when there's animalities in the network.
What do you dislike about the product?
i couldn't tell any thing bad about this product so far

One time there's a suspected virus incident occur in one our user machine, Sophos MDR immediately stopped the virus from our network to spread. it gives us a time to do other task as well, while Sophos MDR provides security to our network.

What do you like best about the product?
Sophos MDR provides a 24/7 security operations center, constantly monitoring your network when you can't. Deploying of the client is easy. The Sophos team are quick to react to threats in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sophos MDR is limited to monitoring your endpoints. For deeper network monitoring you need to be utilizing supported hardware and then purchase additional licensing to monitor that hardware.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obtaining Cyber Security Insurance is becoming increasingly difficult. Having Sophos MDR helps satisfy their requirements for a dedicated security operations center.

What do you like best about the product?
Knowing When we have have an issue and that its taken care of ASAP! Getting and email of the full incident and how it was handled Is a great service. Have easy of mind that that if something major does come up its is handled. We had a ransomware incident that was caught and stopped before we knew anything happed all within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a something I dislike about the product. The treat view from how something tried to access the system and where it came from can be hard to read at times but very detailed. Maybe if they had an easier view for the incident path it took.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AV/MDR/ email protection, phishing tests, Cyber Insurance, and Compliances that need to be met.
