What do you like best about the product?
Sophos MDR has been a cornerstone of our cybersecurity strategy, offering comprehensive threat detection, response, and mitigation capabilities.

Sophos MDR - Why didn't I implement this sooner!
What do you like best about the product?
I don’t usually write reviews, but Sophos MDR has been one of the most valuable tools we’ve ever implemented. It gives us a level of peace of mind we didn’t have before. The MDR team functions like an extra employee, one who works around the clock and keeps watch while we’re away. Their service is highly customizable, making it a great fit for almost any environment. Every interaction we've had, from sales to support, has been professional and consistently positive. If I could give more than five stars, I would. It’s absolutely worth the investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I could give would be that occasionally I get sent a false positive warning, that takes my time to check out and verify it is in fact a false positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos MDR helps us solve one of the biggest challenges in cybersecurity, which is constant monitoring and rapid response, something that’s especially difficult for a small team like ours. We don’t have the resources for a 24/7 security operations center, so MDR acts as an extension of our staff, providing expert threat detection and response around the clock. This not only strengthens our security posture but also allows our internal team to stay focused on day-to-day operations and strategic projects without being stretched too thin.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall my experience with Sophos has been completely positive. As a medium sized business their tools have made it very easy to maintain security on all our devices including older devices with legacy operating systems.
Their cyber security team is also very conscientious and easy to work with. They respond quickly to communications.

What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly do not have any complaints. If I were forced to give a criticism, I found it difficult to reinstall Sophos on older machines, but even then Sophos has tools that ameliorate that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sophos to protect our systems from cyber threats and monitor activity.
The Best MDR/XDR Service I've ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
It works in near real time - there have been a couple of instances where some low level threats were discovered within seconds of execution. These threats, while low level, could have opened the door to something potentially disastrous.
The ease of which these threats were communicated to myself and my team is also fantastic, along with simple to follow remedy instructions.
In addition, the response time when communicating with Sophos is fantastic - it's within an acceptable time frame and is always insightful.
Other things to consider: ease of use on a daily basis is phenomenal - the portal is simple to navigate and to make changes with, the end user experience is simple to understand, and any changes can be made from an admin perspective with ease.
I truly am pleased with this product, and look forward to a strong partnership for years to come.

What do you dislike about the product?
There really is nothing I dislike about this product - it does everything I need, at the speed I need, with a level of professionalism that is second to none, and does so for an affordable cost. It's an easy yes for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It adds a very strong layer of security protection that a three person IT team doesn't necessarily have the time for on a full time basis. It's like having a whole security team at your disposal for a fraction of the cost. For a SMB like us, this protection is worth its weight in gold. A true godsend in this regard.
Sophos MDR Complete brings peace of mind to cyber security.
What do you like best about the product?
Since implementing Sophos MDR, we have experienced a significant improvement in our security posture. Sophos MDR actively monitors our network and login activity, and they have alerted us to suspicious behavior on our Entra account within just one to two hours of compromise. Moreover, they provide clear, step-by-step remediation guidance, which has been invaluable. For our on-premises infrastructure, we’ve configured the system to allow Sophos to autonomously address any issues they detect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The endpoint agent can take a lot of system resources, especially when doing a scan
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos MDR monitors my local network, servers, and workstations. It also monitors my Entra logins and Exchange Rules. They can remediate local network issues immediately without me having to get involved. For Entra, they give me step-by-step remediation steps that are easy to understand and follow.
Performance and added value of Sophos MDR in corporate environments
What do you like best about the product?
The most useful aspect of Sophos MDR is that it provides 24/7 monitoring, detection, and responses, managed by a technical team that acts quickly in the event of incidents. Even if our analysts are not available, they act very quickly if a threat is detected, helping to prevent interruptions, information loss, or damage to reputation. The response time is really quite fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certainly based on my experience and with what I am currently looking for, I do not have any unfavorable opinion at this moment, maybe later I will.

Nothing really. It is a great product. We have been using it for years now without any issues or concerns.

It reduces cyber attacks by consolidate monitoring for various Sophos products such as EndPoint Security and Firewall.

All Cybersecurity topics monitored by Sophos (integration, Endpoint, server, firewall, mail ...). The 24/7 monitoring is a real asset for our clients.
Reliable 24/7 Threat Response Across 2000+ Endpoints
What do you like best about the product?
Sophos MDR scales effortlessly, we have over 2000 endpoints and the coverage remains consistent and reliable. Proactive communication from the MDR team during high-severity incidents really sets them apart.
What do you dislike about the product?
The MDR portal interface could be more intuitive, navigating past threat cases and filtering alerts isn't as smooth as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos MDR as eliminated the burden of 24/7 threat monitoring and response from our small internal team. It filters out noise, handles real threats proactively and ensures we are not missing critical incidents across 2000+ endpoints. This means faster detection, quicker response and more time for us to focus on strategic IT projects instead of chasing alerts.

Sophos central connection to firewall is very bad and license in the portal would have error showing up at times
