a quick and professional support by the MDR team.\nquick detection of zero-days and timely information\nclear central, easy implementation\nmany integrations simply explained and set up\na perfect all-round protection - I don't want to miss it anymore and am very happy to be a customer

possibly German support - but that would only be an optional "bonus"

any questions are immediately resolved by the MDR team or you are greatly supported

Regarding MDR, I believe it is an excellent proactive service that significantly improves response times and the overall resilience of our infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, at the moment I haven’t found anything I don’t like, and I hope the service will continue to maintain this level.

Whenever the SOPHOS team detected any suspicious activity they immediately block the user device, received a immediate response from the support team with detail information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not at this moment, because they recently procure the MDR company and still it in implement face.

Recently SOPHOS team detected any suspicious activity and they immediately block the user device and we have received a immediate response from the support team with detail information.

Sophos MDR: It's affordable and it just works
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to work with Sophos and our reseller from evaluating it, getting timely technical support and implementing it. It integrates very well with the rest of our Sophos environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing negative to say about Sophos
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos MDR manages the 24x7x365 detection and response against cyber threats. This give us peace of mind, stronger security without the need to hire in-house security people.

Mm, the sophos team actively investigates suspicious activity and takes direct actions tu manage threats before they can cause harm

Like i said before, nothing in particular, i really loves MDR

MDR solves prblems related to advanced threat detection, incident response and it helps us quickly identify and neutralize threats and strengthen our overall security posture
MDR - Ease of use and quick response
What do you like best about the product?
What i love most about MDR is the pin point accuracy, the quick response time and ease of use the system implements. It gives me everything i need, from the point of origin in a short amount of time. It is used in all 3 sites and works wonders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet found any downsides to MDR. So far it has been great help.

SOPHOS MDR is helping us protect our workspace in simple words. It helps us feel safe.
