Cross-browser testing platform for developers that allows you to test mobile apps and websites.
What do you like best about the product?
The best platform used for testing apps. I use it every day. It has a lot of real devices to use and many useful options. You can decide whether to use your network or if you want to geolocate yourself in another state. You can use the devtools panel to monitor logs and requests and much more. Installing an app is very simple, you can use the software or the apk/ipa directly. To try!
What do you dislike about the product?
To view requests on the network, the app needs to restart
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Browserstack we can test apps on different devices, which are always up to date. It also simplifies our work thanks to automated tests

The customer service is top tier, and the documentation (almost all of it), its up to date, kinda ease to use, can integrate with various lenguages

You have to pay for most things i think it would be great to offer some kind of lifetime freeplan

To aumate and test on browsers i dont have acces to (like safari)

Availability of all devices to test and robustness. there are many tools from which user/QA can benefit from and make life easier

sometimes the devices are slow when scrolling and to use local host steps should be made little simpler.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about BrowserStack is its extensive range of real browsers and devices for testing, which ensures comprehensive cross-browser compatibility. What do you dislike about the product?
I like almost everything in BroswerStack but some time i am thinking how can we put local files in Browserstack device and how can we run the files. I dislike that BrowserStack can be slow during peak times and that premium features are quite expensive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack is a game-changer for dealing with cross-browser issues. It lets me test my website on tons of real browsers and devices, which is incredibly helpful. Instead of guessing how my site looks on different setups, I can actually see it in action.
Practical and easy
What do you like best about the product?
I have used another platform for device testing and it is slow and difficult to use while Browserstack is agile and dynamic.
Also, I like that they give talks on interesting technology topics.

I like everything. I feel more comfortable using this platform compared to others.

I don't see any problem, I find the devices I'm looking for and need.
Multiple device App testing on Single device
What do you like best about the product?
For app testing we can upload our app by various methods such Play Store, App Store and most important is Test Flight.
With these installation feature it eliminates the need to download the apk file for every new build.
With the help of only a config file we can integrate our app testing with Firebase too.
While performing testing we can see all the api call and logs as it has the options of Devtools which provides in-depth details.

What do you dislike about the product?
When we have say two or three devices open it starts lagging and this should be imporved for a seamless testing experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack is solving our problem to install apk files everytime with the help of Test Flight feature. Now we dont have to switch between multiple physical devices, just one browserstack dashboard is more than enough.

What do you like best about the product?
One thing I admire a lot about BrowserStack is the variety of devices available. They offer many devices for both Android and iOS, ensuring the responsiveness of my app. Web app is easy to use and customer support is also good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Devices become unresponsive occasionally in the middle of the testing and on boot screen, it will take more time to initialize the device again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves a key problem for us, the overhead associated with using real devices for testing. With multiple testers in our organization, managing physical devices is inefficient and costly. With BrowserStack, we only need to add the testers and they can use it independently.
