Effortless Automation, Superb Test Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of BrowserStack, especially how easy it is to set up Automate with basic configurations without having to configure a bunch of stuff. The test management feature has been developing well with the features we needed over a short time. I find the AI recommendation for generating test steps quite useful, as it reduces the time to manually compose test steps. Even though the AI recommendations are not perfect every time, they allow us to easily adjust them to our desired steps, saving effort. I also appreciate the support from the BrowserStack team, which made our initial setup smooth and without big obstacles.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a big fan of UI changes. There was a time when the Automate UI was revamped, which made my life a bit hard as the simple test replays were hidden in the UI.

I use BrowserStack for testing app compatibility on various devices, simplifying test management, and automation setup with ease. The AI recommendations help reduce time for documenting test steps, making our testing process more efficient.
Streamlined Testing with Extensive Device Options
What do you like best about the product?
I think the modularity and the ability to choose from a unique number of devices and operating systems is really helpful. BrowserStack allows me to change the IP and the region to see how the app performs from different locations. It's been great to work with from the beginning, performing really well for us. The initial setup was smooth and didn't require many dependencies or integrations, which was great for someone like me who comes from a non-tech background. I could just upload the app version and test it across devices easily. The onboarding journey was indeed smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think a lot of times, the platform gets blocked by WAF rules. Again, this is really subjective to the company that is using it, but a bunch of times the app is not able to run on the particular device on BrowserStack because of either geolocation configuration, which is outside the scope of using the app. Or it can be due to certain WAF rules. If someone is just using BrowserStack, it's not enough to see what is going wrong. Perhaps some visibility towards why the app cannot work would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps me ensure my app doesn't break across devices by tracking and seeing performance across multiple devices and operating systems.
