What do you like best about the product?
Great tool to help us with testing new features and improvements!

Not much to complain about - a longer timeout time would be nice to have!

I think the browserStack is useful for daily life of a programmer, me as a student than eager to learn and develop more in IT world.

I think i don't see any dislike features on BrowserStack cause it's my first time using it. (1day)

BrowserStack helps to manage some data that is time consuming.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about BrowserStack is that they support a lot of browser that can be test for compatibility of my web apps. Very easy to use and implement it on my projects when you use it a long time since I use it as everyday tester. I also like that I can integrate it on other platforms. The customer support also reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much, it is just overwhelming at first use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps me to easily test many use case at a time, it also gives lots of options to choose for testing.
Great way to simulate real scenarios for website rendering

Being able to log into real devices to test different rendering engines or phone browsers under different network conditions

Some features have been pushed to higher tiers.

What do you like best about the product?
i'm using browserstack during my web development to check the functionality and UI responsiveness of my application in various devices and browserstack help me achieve that without using any other tools that need to be install i would recommend this to a corpo company to prevent unnecessary bugs and UI overlapping

sometimes it takes so long to load device and also some of the devices is lagging and don't have home and back button

it helps give me a realtime responsiveness and actual device in that case i was able to check the actual functionality and UI bugs on various device so the user will not experience that bug
i have an experience when developing a application before i was using a browser responsiveness debugger and there is no bug apparently after few days of week our management report a bug in the UI using a IOS device which i don't have and check it again in browser responsiveness debugger but i was not able to replicate the bug and then i tried browserstack and i was able to replicate the UI bugs in various device and even identify more bugs on it that is not even have a ticket yet so it save our company more time from that time i started using browserstack and even recommend this to our seniors to get a premium access

What do you like best about the product?
Easy operation, training, very many functions. The support responds quickly and was able to find a good solution for my concern.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no disadvantages. It has occasionally happened that I had to reload the page because the test did not respond to my inputs.

Real devices for testing websites without having to own the devices myself.
Browserstack is impressive and fastest one
What do you like best about the product?
I did not know about BrowserStack before December 2024.In December I was working with one of my projects and that momemnt I required a Macbook urgently but I tried to find out alternative system to use macbook instead of buy it. After that I searched on google and at last I found Browserstack.It is really reliable, faster, low at cost , unbelivable and limitless features. I found it very usefull for my work.The support team is very friendly and they response faster than others. When I used it it was working smoothly even I use it daily for speed up my work . If I say shortly , it is really awsome with easy integration and implementaion function even a little boy can easily use it like selecting operating system, browser, version etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Browserstack should run discounts camping for more growth and reach out the people. And it should include more payment gateways so that everyone can afford it easily.

I was testing a software in Macbook as I have no Macbook I used Browserstack to get a Macbook environment. It saved my money as well as my time.

What I like about browserStack is very convinient since you developers can test their website and mobile applications , so they can easily fix the error immediately and easily with any hassle and easy to use

maybe the price, i hope it become less cheaper, so many can afford the browserstack

I think the bug in most system,the browser stack easily eliminate the bug in the system easily.BrowserStack allows testing on real devices and browsers, helping identify and resolve compatibility issues.
Entire test management suite under one roof
What do you like best about the product?
The most loved part is the ability of view test results in one single dashboard and get an insights of all the test runs (automated & manual ) and triage on the issues from there itself. And its integration with Jira makes the tracking of items very easy.

The initial learning curve is there to understand all the different features within the single product, once thats done, its an ease of use platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps in generating test run reports and showcase it to the stakeholders. The test run dashboard is also helpful, it ca be shared directly to the stakeholders in an instant to get the insights of the test runs and existing issues.
