What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly console and dev tools, amount of variants of browsers and OS

What do you like best about the product?
Apart from App Automate, App Live it has the feature to manage our test case in one place and integrate them easily for the Automation and Manual Testing which is a very cool feature when we have to switch to different tools for maintaining the test cases.
While manual testing we can use its Bug Capture to record the issue which has the devtool which helps in debugging.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think there should be only one subscription for all products. Here we have to take subscription of every feature separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For testing purpose we are only using BrowserStack and one more other tool for CI/CD pipeline. We are managing our tests, performing manual test with the help of BrowserStack and maintaining the test cases, running automation scripts. Our system is completely relying on BrowserStack.
The go-to application for all our browser testing.
What do you like best about the product?
Accurate previews of all the browsers and devices we need to test on.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to think of anything I dislike, but a minor dislike would be that sometimes certain previews can be slow to start up/render.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to test across multiple platforms as well as browsers on a level that we would not be able to achieve in-house.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using BrowserStack for many years. Having the ability to test across multiple devices is very important for us, especially lastest versions of mobile devices. Accessability and Speed/Performance testing is also very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating the interface is confusing, and sometimes it take me a while to find the options I am looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to test using devices that we don't own (i.e. latest mobile devices and operating systems)
Great Service, however can become expensive.
What do you like best about the product?
- Access to multiple real & emulated devices & browsers.
- We use it daily and it is pretty easy to integrate into existing automation suties.
- Customer support is always available.

What do you dislike about the product?
The cost for automate & the execution speed of automated testing. Additionally manual testing on real devices is very sluggish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack is solving our problem of not having our own device farm for specifically testing mobile.

What do you like best about the product?
Clean UI, easy navigation of which device to use, its easier to reproduce an error.
What do you dislike about the product?
1 minute use per device, makes it annoying sometimes. It gets tough to simulate properly in tight constraint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Majorly I am using it to reproduce errors which we get through user which they reachout through support.

I like the Dashboard - its one stop shop for overview , I liek the ease of use

Testing with real devices
What do you like best about the product?
We get a lot of real virtual devices for manual and automation testing. It just takes few config changes to run our automation test in different different devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is good with the BrowerStack but when we run parallel tests in App Automate feature it takes more time than usual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have to use physical device for both Automation and Manual Testing. As here we get a lot of real devices we are testing on it.

- Ablity to provide various of simulators
What do you dislike about the product?
# Short free time provided for browsing
- Eg: provided only 2mins but when there is slow connection the 30mins will be wasted like 1.5mins to buffer / load the simulators then another 0.5mins to browser over the simulator which is not enought to check through

Reliable & Intuitive Device Testing
What do you like best about the product?
The device farm that BS has setup and the UI to access devices in the farm is responsive and rarely seems to fail which is a far cry from other platforms with similar solutions. The way that all different permutations of devices are laid out makes testing straight forward and a joy. Configuration for each device and controls are displayed in such a way where users never have to think twice about what they want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding how to use each individual feature at the top level isn't as intuitive and figuring out which role to have requires some onboarding time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to quickly spin up my company's mobile application on a physical device of choice to speed up testing iterations. This drastically reduces the onboarding time to installing a test mobile app on other physical devices and simulators which can be cumbersome.
