Testing On Real Devices
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack has a wide range of android and ios devices available. Also the devices are automatically allocated from the different data centers based on the device availabillity
What do you dislike about the product?
Browserstack doesnt have the app management feature which makes it difficult to maintain the uploaded apps on the portal. Although the uploaded app can be fetched through API but thats not very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Browser Stack to perform the mobile app testing using app automate feature. I need to run my multiple test cases in parallel on adroid as well as ios devices. I am exploring Browser Stack to run my test cases in parallel.
Great multisystem testing in one place.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to test browsers as well as applications in one system is amazing. It makes testing on IOS Android and Windows as easy as just selecting a browser. I can now have anyone on my team go to BrowserStack and test any of our products. Their customer support and technical support staff are amazing and quick to answer any questions. This will definitely become a permanent fixture in our development process.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't found anything that I disliked and my team has not came to me with any either. Thank you for a great easy to use product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using BrowserStack it is allowing us more time in the development and testing phases, as we don't have to take the time to setup physical equipment for each and every test.
I had a good experience with the product, it helps me when necessary

I like the versatility of the devices I can use, I also like the possibility of including automations.Very easy and intuitive to use, I can use it every day without any problems

Sometimes it's a little slow, especially on mobile devices when browsing

It benefits me to test on different browsers so I can ensure functionality on different devices
Access to the Mobile World
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack removes the struggle behind having Appium,AndroidStudio,Xcode setups as it has inbuilt real devices that help us achieve testing results faster. The in-built Appium Inspector ability and interactive session is of great help
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation can be updated to much more descriptive way. If the Capability generator shows more Capabilities code it would be of great help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack has removed my dependency on managing Appium Server , Simulators and Emulators as it provides variety of them for my Automation testing

Easy Plugins and Comatibility with test frameworks
What do you dislike about the product?
Devices sometimes take time to connect and sometimes throws error 'Unable to load check back later' after launching. And some times in ios devices it shows start screen recording screen after connecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Build dashboard, easy to analyse run consistancy.

Using many devices to try your script and most important is IPHONE
automation for web and mobile, chrome expect element not good but Good app live and web live

The network speed for every device is good.Able to implement easily.

What do you dislike about the product?
After the IPA file upload user is not able to use settings in the app side.
Some apps required to change app settings from phone settings.
Setting option not able to be used.
In automation every time required to upload a new file so there is no way to find out one file or link from the code They download the file and install it in the app the app code is not required to change the BS file.
Also, some apps are more than 100MB, so the Browser stack hangs for some time and responds. They are required to reload the webpage or change the device.
Most importantly every time iPad was not able to access due to unavailability.
Screen rotation does not work very time correctly, they some time different work e.g. landscape mode all app shows vertically.Customer support not good.
Every time need to select a new device , as per user point if I use previous one device so please shows first used device and shows all device e.g. used device list and all device list.
And user was working on previous device so they start from there not from new user device .

if any device unable they prior send a email to user this this device not working from start time to end time or device will available after some time so user will return after that time.

Browserstack - A complete Testing Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with browserstack is seemless and thorough, the product is very cutting edge and full of useful and value adding features. Its easy to use and the implentation is pretty straightforward. The customer support is also great and all teh concerns are adressed proactively, unless there are issues that no body in the industry knows the answers to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some underlying technical shortcomings in the tech stacks, which needs to be deep dived and fixed to make it more reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Browserstack is solving for us of the availability of a mobile device pool to facilitate our Functional Mobile App Testing as well as Automated Mobile App Testing, it not just provides a pool of devices but a whole solution including various logs, video recordings, syncronized exceution and various capabilities, which is just awesome.

Since Browserstack offer both App Automate and Observability feature it is very easy to visualise our test execution in Oberservability. It provides all sort of tags in the tests which you execute manually or with the help of automation.
We can identifynew errors, unique error very quickly when we execute our test in Browserstack with the help of Observability.

What do you dislike about the product?
Browserstack only list execution result in the Observalibilty as Build wise, I think they should have offer feature to list them test suite wise for better management and monitoring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack is used for execution of automation suites of mobile app and website in our organisation. We are also using its Test Management tool for managing test cases and suite in some our projects in our organisation
