It's an ok tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can test locally web applications, and do accessibility testing on android, and also use developer tools to debug and develop.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a pain sometimes to use the product because of how laggy it is and clunky it is. It is quite slow and takes a lot of loading time. Also, accessibility is not available in iPhone and is only available in andorid or desktop. The local testing is good when it is set right, but once it becomes undone somehow, it is difficult to run it again..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to test accessibility on mobile phones and also help to test web applications on different devices, without paying for actual devices and keeping them.
Amazing QA Service for All Devices
What do you like best about the product?
As a developer, it's really nice that BrowserStack can connect to dev environments that I'm running locally. We don't always have a full QA team, so making sure that an important change runs properly on every device is helpful. Also, it's really helpful for reproducing OS-specific bugs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the devices can be a bit slow to load, or there can be some latency. But that is to be expected with any type of service like this one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't always have access to QA resources so as a developer I'm able to serve that purpose for my team.

Mobile friendlyness and bug free on all devices
Browser Stack Usage
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple browser and device support in one interface
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all outdated systems are available for testing. Some devices are emulated and need to update subscription for non-emulated devices

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Heavily used App live and it proved to be really valuable and useful for our team.
What do you like best about the product?
Been using the App Live feature for a couple of years now.
Under this time the feature has been always available. I don't remember any downtime.
Sessions stability is great and barely faced any issue or disconnection while working on testing apps.
It's pretty straightforward to upload an app and start working, it only takes a few clicks so the usability is good.
In terms of responsiveness, which is something really important when working with real devices, it barely affects user experience and you can work with the app without major delays. I have tested other tools in the market and faced slowness that made it hard to work. This hasn't been the case with BrowserStack.
Also, when support was needed I was always able to reach a representative that ended solving the issue.

I have used browser stack mostly for testing web apps and SDKs on various mobile devices. I like the wide choice of devices it gives me. I also like many features that speed up the test setup, such as launching a specific browser on a specific website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the device selection could be more diverse, it seems to be heavily focused on Apple and Samsung. I've also had several instances of devices, failing to start, but usually it was fixed after a few attempts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to test web apps on a wide variety of real devices, on multiple browsers and operating systems, without having to buy those devices.
