Tool that makes Tester's life easy.
What do you like best about the product?
BowserStack fulfill customer requirement and make his/her life easy.

So far I have not observed any cons or dislikes of BrowserStack.

Browserstack is solving major problem of tester, that reduce hardware dependency. Cost Effective, easy to user and etc.

- I would like to see some boiler plate project support for all in 1 Automation like Mobile [iOS, Android] And Web applications

We have been using App live feature and found it simple and user friendly to use.
My team uses it daily without fuss and I can see the productivity increase due to BS app live

Limited support for App automate. Slowness in some cases

We are using BS for App live mostly. Multiple device support is provided and overhead of maintaining OS and devices are reduced

Very good application for testing websites on varying setups

Browserstack makes it SUPER easy to access TONS of different browsing setups, from Apple, Android and Windows devices, some modern, some dating back to the 2000s?!
What do you dislike about the product?
The machines can be a bit laggy. I do not like how long it takes between clicks and action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to test my websites, i frankly don't want 5,000,000 browsers on my system so i like that browserstack makes it easy to test my websites on varying modern, outdated and even "retro" setups.

i do not understand how i can run the profile in my browser or add my proxy to the web version and automate it

What do you like best about the product?
Test Management and App live. Test mangement is super helpful along with all the integreatin it has. App live is wonderful for testing quickly on many different devices and utilizing all its mock data.

On my IOS testing apps, I have to enable IOS entitlements for them to work but that means I cant enable Picture Uploadso I am unable to test a lot of things on IOS so I no longer use browserstack for my IOS apps

How wuickly to get through testing and test case/plan management.

Sometimes it's slow to run heavy applications.

It provides a wide range of real devices, So we can test the app in all sort of devices.

I've used BrowserStack in multiple organizations in my career so far and it has been always as simple and easy to use and has all the necessary feature that I need.

Nothing specific comes to mind really, it's been a breeze!
