I really like it is very useful for mobile testing and have very good features for UI testing.

it is very good for mobile testing. and wifi based testing and also location testing.

That is only for UI testing and cannot integrate with Database

Frequently updated test platforms gives us plenty to test from which is completely covered by customer needs and market demand.

When we renew, the BrowserStack team gives very high invoice which is beyond our demand and budget. We have to do our own research for similar products

No issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The support and documentation of the product, most of the issues that I have encountered, are resolved and are addressed properly by the support channels. Aftersales is awesome! Follow-ups and support on how we can maximize our subscription are on point and active on our communication channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are parts of the documentation that are outdated, like the parallelization example on the Python-Appium tutorial. Also, some framework integrations are missing; for example, I use pytest for our test framework, but the only documentation they have is for plain python execution. I hope they can add more test framework support that Appium supports as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud device provision and test automation parallelization saves us time by allowing us to integrate tests via CI/CD pipeline. In return, helps us to lessen the time of our regression test cycles.
Browserstack helped us on our daily task by using the latest mobile devices.
What do you like best about the product?
We're able to explore all the mobile devices since as of the moment we don't have any available physical devices to test. Everybody has access to spotless browsers and devices at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
The duration of free trials is restricted to 30 minutes food live use, and 100 minutes for automate use. Sometimes devices are slow. The failure of tests can possibly caused by the delayed test steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company was given an opportunity to save money with the aid of browserstack. By simply purchasing an account, you will have access to numerous devices with various versions. Testing can be done on the particular devices for which the website needs to be tested. Therefore, Instead of buying every gadget that will be required for testing, this is far better.
BrowserStack is alright, but it's integration with other applications like Percy could use some work
What do you like best about the product?
I think browserstack has a lot of neat features and integrations that make it a good hub to use as a central dashboard. I also like that the Support team is super responsive whenever I have problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
My primary usage is with the Percy integration and my primary pain point is with Single Sign On. I consistently have issues with logging into BrowserStack and getting Percy to recognize I have logged in. Offering integrations is great, but basic functionality like login/logout needs to be a priority then.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned, our primary use case is Percy and we use BrowserStack to manage our organization's permissions for it. This functionality works well and the granularity offered meets our needs. If we ever decide to hook up more integrations it will become even more useful.
Perfect cloud solution for Cross browser & Mobile apps testing
What do you like best about the product?
N number of devices available with different Android & iOS versions in the browser stack cloud. Manual & Automation testing is hassle-free if you use the browser tack solution.

Nothing specific as of now based on my usage & suggestions from team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the most the fact that Browserstack has a lot of devices and browsers / versions where one can choose from.
I also like the fact that you can record videos / screenshots while using the app.

A thing that I dislike is that it can be glitchy and a bit slow while running automation tests via Browserstack. But hopefully it will be fixed in future iterations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I benefit from Browserstack with the fact that as a remote QA Engineer I no longer need to rely on multiple mobile devices, having almost all of them at a click away, all thanks to Browserstack.

It loads slowly most of the time, speed is the only concern.
