Support of different browser as compatibility tests. Our product supports almost all browsers and hence its tough to have version wise coverage.

Excellent tool for Automation Scripts Execution
What do you like best about the product?
Using BrowserStack, we can easily debug & run automation framework parallelly on multiple browsers, which reduces the execution time. Video logs are beneficial in debugging the code.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of test scripts, Pass & Fail, is unavailable on BrowserStack. Suppose we can get that it will benefit users to report the execution. Wherever test scripts fail, we don't get that count by BrowserStack at the end of execution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recently we were facing issues in parallel execution, but the support team resolved our issue. Also, we were getting issues in execution as we were ran out of parallel thread , which was addressed by BrowserStack team

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack helped in checking insights of the product like Percy for UI comparison testing and Automate for E2E tests

Sometimes E2E runners I find a bit lagging

Percy from Browserstack is helping With UI changes that are sometimes left before Code merge. I have integrated this through the pipeline, offering good coverage in ui changes.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great i can test my website on a variety of different platforms. Such as iOS and Safari.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very expensive. It's 126 dollars one month, then it's 157 dollars for another month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves compatibility issues across different platforms like safari, firefox and chrome.

- Browserstack has limited cypress support
- Browserstack local testing is bit complicated to setup when the preprod environments are behind VPN

Browserstack is currently working on including cypress integration with its observability sdk feature which has been introduced recently. this will be very helpful in tracing the failure of cypress tests
