Very helpful Tool that we have built into our troubleshooting and Q/A Process
What do you like best about the product?
We like the ease of use and veraity. We have a plathora of options of operating systems, browsers, and devices at our fingertips to quickly test and troubleshoot our digital products. It is very easy to use and full of many features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is the only downside for BrowserStack but you do get what you pay for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a variety of devices and platforms to test our digital products on.

Not perfect, but good for mobile app testing
What do you like best about the product?
Wide variety of mobile devices, fast runners and fast service. Easy to integrate with existing WDIO.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web UI doesn't work right in Firefox, and even in Chrome sometimes bugs out.

Testing in CI.

What do you like best about the product?
With BrowserStack you can test any app in a wide range of real smartphone online, everything that is doable with a real phone you do it online and it is very simple to use
What do you dislike about the product?
In free version you have 2min free per avaibale devices, but sometimes devices you need to use are busy.

BrowserStack helps me using my App directly in my computer via an online real device
A great way to test your website across browsers
What do you like best about the product?
Product is intuitive and easy to use. Customer support is prompt to reply.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing for larger teams and enterprise customer need to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack is helping us test our websites and applications across various browsers and operating systems in order to recreate customer issues and find the root cause of the problem.
Browserstack is a great tool for mobile application and this is always in consistent way.
What do you like best about the product?
The varities of service Browserstack provides are awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
As such nothing.. I see everything perfect as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my organization we are using Browserstack primararitly to test reorder app and this is great.
Modern Tool for Testers
What do you like best about the product?
There is a wide variety of devices you can choose from and can also select specific versions. This is really helpful when you're trying to have a wide coverage for your tests. The responsiveness of testing through the web browser is also great. I've interacted with some of the customer support employees and it has been responsive there as well. Don't feel afraid to reach out and learn from them. The user interface is also great to see an overview of all the automation tests running. There's recordings, logs, and some level of customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more updates to the sample automation projects that are available. There are several to choose from including specific languages and frameworks. However, as technology and testing advances fast, there might be additional improvements that these projects might need. The sample projects really do help people to ramp up fast and get familiar with Browserstack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The responsiveness is a major point because when you have several tests running, each second and moment matters. A slow platform and tool can take double the time to execute your tests, but it has been a great ever since trying out Browserstack. The devices are also maintained well because they do not crash under load that can happen whenever for other platforms I've used. Automation can complete in less time and that lets me see the results faster and in return.
Best browser testing tool in the market!

I can remotely test on different devices with different OS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is slow especially on the iOS devicse
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need to purchase devices and can still can do a full browser testing while working from home.
Good functionalities with GREAT customer service.
What do you like best about the product?
Very competitive price and excellent customer service. The product is easy to use and it was easy to transition from Zephyr Scale to BrowserStack.

I would like more robust reporting features.

The availability of various devices and operating systems, and the ease of use.

Interface is sometimes slow and laggy. Controlling the mobile devices could be better.

Helps us recreacte issues reported by users on specific devices and test cases (ie: combination of Device, OS and browser).
