Very useful if you need to test in real devices instead of virtual emulated from browsers

You can use certificates from your localhost.

What do you like best about the product?
It is good for cross browsing testing. have facilities of all the browser, windows and many mobiles versions are available. it is having facility for mac OS also.

As for me, BrowserStack indirectly benefits me by ensuring that the web experiences I encounter across different platforms are well-tested and reliable, contributing to a smoother and more enjoyable browsing experience. Broken link feature is enabled which is most useful for me.

Cost... not cheap but it's worth it for your business

There are many things I like about BrowserStack. Mentioning some best things about it:
1. Latest devices & OS will get an update on this platform very quickly.
2. Browserstack customer support team is very proactive and supportive.
3. Easy to use.
4. Newly launched feature Recent Test is very time-saving in our testing scenarios.
5. Fast connectivity & switching between devices.
6. Availability of almost every device with several OS options in the listing.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using BrowserStack for so many years regularly and I don't think there is anything missing. Worth money products and services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main resolution by using BrowserStack is that i can test my test cases in number of devices as per my choice. I don't have to look for real device. And while testing any bug i found is reliable to reproduce on real devices as well. Secondary i can test my apps by different locations around the globe by using IP settings.

It helps to test in multiple browaer in signle tool.

sometimes its taking to much time to load.

sometimes in real device we are facing the issues and that with the help of browser stack will rectify that issue, and fixed it.
Best tool to test cross compatibility of applications on different OS/Browsers
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack supports a wide variety of browsers of popular operating systems, the best part is you can simulate your application on real Mac/IOS devices remotly.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a new user the free trial time is too less, its just 1 min. It takes around 30-40 seconds to just boot up an application how will the user test something in just 20 seconds? Atleast it should have been around 5-7 minutes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in a software development company where i need to test cross compatibility of some applications on popular browsers of different OS. I can do it from same place rather then installing those individual browsers on my device natively.

Automation Experience with BrowserStack
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack was good as I had to run the application on multiple OS-browser combinations at the same time. Very good for real device testing. Ci/Cd integration & slack integration was very helpful. Easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Test run time is a bit slow and does not support testing on Safari browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Very useful tool for testing across multiple hardware and software combinations
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to connect to any device type that I need to test on and run software versions dating back several versions up to current or even beta versions for testing my applicaitons. I also love how BrowserStack records my tests making it very easy to review and share.
What do you dislike about the product?
When running tests on Mac/iOS, there is a significant lag through the remote connection making for a very frustrating testing experience. It would also be a huge value add if BrowserStack supported Load/Performance testing. If I want to simulate a large number of customers using my application or a feature at the same time, I have to do it through yet another software which results in higher costs and disjointed testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to be able to test our products from the perspective of our customers who are using a wide range of devices and software versions. Buying the hardware and managing the software versions would be expensive and time consuming. BrowserStack solves this problem buy managing the devices for us.

I highly value BrowserStack for its impressive speed and intuitive user interface, which significantly enhance productivity. Additionally, the extensive range of available devices and software versions allows for comprehensive testing across different environments. Furthermore, the team's exemplary maintenance and support ensure a consistently reliable and seamless experience. Automating using browserstack is also really cool
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about BrowserStack is the inability to test audio and video functionalities, even during manual testing sessions. Apart from Chrome, no other browsers support custom audio and video testing in browserstack, which is a significant limitation. Additionally, I find the automation plan to be somewhat expensive for personal use, which makes it less accessible for individual testers or small projects.
