Excellent Dual Testing for Mobile and Web
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the two sides of the software test mobile and web

you need to pay for each tool that would you will use for testing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i test so many websites and some apps in the mobile tool that i was very grateful using this software is easy to use and it has a option for download a model for not have lag when you are using a phone or broswer.

What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack for testing new features and releases of our mobile app on various Android and iOS devices. I appreciate that it allows us to quickly test new versions on a number of different devices. One of the things I like most is how easy it is to use. The devices on BrowserStack perform well, unlike our previous solution. The initial setup was also a breeze; we just selected our devices and got started. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend BrowserStack.

Nothing really
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack lets us quickly test new app versions across multiple devices, saving time compared to our previous slower solution.

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack provides various features which helps in testing a software efficiently, it becomes easy to test on different devices even to integrate and test on local, it reduces time of checking in physical device also the availability os device reduces. This is being used in daily tasks, also it helps to work from remotely. It provides location change, resolutions, latest versions and many more features. It is user friendly to use, to implement just add the link on which to test and select device which reduces time of understanding. It has a good customer support, ready to help at anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it has perfomance issue, it lags while using different devices which reduces the real device experience and becomes difficult to undertsand. In some places it is high cost with respect to small teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack offers a platform for software testing across wide range of devices and browsers, which helps reduce cost associated with purchasing of real devices. It can automate testing tasks and provide a proper process execution.

What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack mostly for testing browser responsiveness and viewing how web pages or mobile apps look on different devices. It resolves responsive issues and saves us from the cost of buying multiple devices for testing. I like that BrowserStack has more features beyond responsive testing; even though I haven't fully used them, I've noticed their availability. It excels in cross-browser and cross-device testing, providing stable connections which are helpful for manual testing. Additionally, the initial setup is straightforward and quick, and the responsive testing is better compared to other tools we've tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
I experience occasional slowness and lag with BrowserStack. The session time limits can be a bit restrictive. I also feel that the documentation could be better for understanding the features and how to use them.

Crucial for Cross-Browser Testing, Needs Faster Mobile Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like using BrowserStack for testing different devices and browsers. Mobile testing in Chrome and Firefox helps me test all the desired features efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the mobile testing takes time to load and keeps refreshing. iOS mobile testing sometimes gets an error when opening, and when we upload the files in each browser, it takes time to upload. The initial setup was a little bit difficult.

I like that BrowserStack has a wide variety of devices to be able to perform any test. The number of phone models and computer devices it offers for testing is impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could be improved, definitely open sessions faster on some phones, because sometimes they get stuck loading and you have to log out to open on another type of phone or browser.

I like that scans can be run across multiple pages, helping catch issues beyond just a single screen. The reports are easy to understand and clearly explain what’s wrong and why it matters. Combining automated scans with manual testing on real browsers makes accessibility checks part of regular QA, not an afterthought.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automated scans don’t cover all accessibility scenarios; manual validation is still required. The Website Scanner can produce repetitive issues across pages, which adds noise.

Helps catch accessibility issues early in the development cycle instead of right before release. Reduces manual effort by automating baseline accessibility checks across multiple web pages. What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use for all the different options for testing different areas of my web application. The initial setup was very easy.

I find the user interface can be a little bit complicated sometimes.

We save ourselves the expense of investing in and maintaining devices for manual and automated testing; being a platform with several services saves us from having different providers and dealing with them.
