The platform provides holistic digital risk protection across all threat vectors.
What do you like best about the product?
It covers a lot of ground—surface web, dark web, social media—and gives us heads-up on stuff we’d probably miss otherwise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the alert noise a bit high at first, but after tuning some of the rules with help from their support, it got better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cyberint monitors the dark web and other platforms for phishing, data leaks, and impersonations. We are able to rapidly respond to emerging concerns, minimizing risk and improving our security posture due to the early detection provided.
Very good support, fast and effective when requested.
What do you like best about the product?
The division of alerts with each respective type and the information it gives us, this helps us to make a correct, clear and effective mitigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The menu has to be more intuitive to the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brand protection, and monitoring on the dark web

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. I really like that the graphical interface is constantly updated for a better user experience. It has everything you need to have a complete overview of an alert.
What do you dislike about the product?
In certain incidents it could be used as basic playbooks to know how to act.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform has helped us a lot with the credentials exposed on the dark web and the improvement of the brand in terms of information security.

What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the most complete and easy-to-use tools, it allows us to view threats on a daily basis on multiple platforms and provides excellent support to users. It is easily implemented and integrates very well with all tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
In a year of using the tool, it meets all expectations and I couldn't mention anything that I dislike, it has been compared with other similar tools and has surpassed them without problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It tells us configurations that contain threats, exposed collaborator passwords, phishing sites pointing to the company, fake social networks, repositories with codes and information related to the company, among multiple alerts received daily that allow us to visualize existing threats than with others. tools we could not, this benefits us greatly since we can mitigate vulnerabilities and configurations early

What do you like best about the product?
The designated team has been very responsive and helpful. Platform is very powerful and has been a great replacement and expansion for our previous RiskIQ.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of mature API catalogue makes it difficult to manage larg number of assets. APIs mostly focus on resulting alerts, not the underlying assets and brands, or users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Platform provides us with a comprehensive attact surface management and great resources about current threat landscape.

In our case the ability of our industry stakeholders to share cyber threat information and how to enhance those raw information with quality intelligence from Cyberint.

What do you like best about the product?
Great service, and really user friendly platform
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally have been using the platform for around a year and I have nothing bad to say so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is mostly helping us scan the dark web to help us cover some unseen exposure and perform takedown requests for domain impersonations attempts.
Argos Threat Intelligence Platform is an excellent tool for real-time threat detection.
What do you like best about the product?
It provides real-time threat detections and recommendations. It also provides weekly report on the latest trends and statistics about ransomware. The platform have a lot of functionality that we were able to use for investigation of a certain threat and/or malware. Most importantly it has a user-friendly gui that easy to navigate and very informative.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't see any feature in the platform that is not helpful in our operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can get insights on the latest threats and incorporate the recommendations to our operations if applicable.
