Great Website Analytics for all levels

What do you like best about the product?
Recordings of user interaction with our website to understand friction points and allow us to easily run A/B testing to improve those signup flows with our product
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited flexibility when building reports/insights as they are called in here. Sometimes you want to create breakdowns in more than one way or set more complex conditions to your Funnels for the insights that kinda limit the reports you are able to get
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understand customer interaction with out website and learn from them what features is most beloved or needs improvements. We want to know also the source and all the interactions customer make before purchase

What do you like best about the product?
With PostHog you can easily identify user behavior and then watch those exact users. Bringing analytics and session recording together makes so much sense. This is very much a case where the sum of the parts is better.
What do you dislike about the product?
PostHog can be a little overwhelming for less technical users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PostHog replaced Mixpanel and Fullstory to give us better insight into how our customers use our product.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, lots of possibilities in visualizing the data, based on events. Enable people to create insightful dashboards and see business opportunities through data.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't connect the data back to google ads or other solution to automatize actions based on your users, also could be nice to use the data to create customer profile in the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely it enables me to be autonomous with a large amount of data, create the insights I want and find great business opportunities. working in a small company that is a great help!

Best self-hosted option to record client's acitvivty, need another way to pay

What do you like best about the product?
The option to self-host this service in my infrastrucre and remain compilant with regulatory acts of my goverment.
Nice option to configure
Open-source nature which allows to customize some stuff
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to switch to entrpriese version but you guys using Stripe which is prohibiting from my country of location.
I wouldn't like to do strange stuff with switching to another card or issuing bank until i can proof the value for my business. My current event's volume is dramatically less than 1M per month please give me option to start trial period without bank card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allows to record each client's session of my project which helps to solve support issue.
Also we've reimplemented logrocket's feature of capturing XHR requests as events which also helps to resolve the development issues

Best tool for product analytics

What do you like best about the product?
I found Posthog to have the easiest setup when it comes to click tracking, insights and session recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific. I would want to subscribe to my product's weekly/daily newsletter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PostHog is solving product analytics 360 degree. It is helping us with qualitative as well as quantitative insights.

What do you like best about the product?
Super direct and simple UI, very easy to understand for the get-go, super fast integrations with several programming languages (great that Flutter is present)
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe you can find the create some pre-loaded insights and dashboards that can be useful for a wide spectrum of businesses

Super fast insights on what our customers are doing, direct pulse on our data and how people are using our app

What do you like best about the product?
It's the only analytics platform I have used, but for me, the ease of set-up was the best part (going from sending events to creating dashboards). Also I very much like that you can get cohort retention out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, it's difficult to express the exact metric that I want. I remember struggling to get "or" conditions (e.g users that have performed either of two actions)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use PostHog in order to track how / if users are using our product.

What do you like best about the product?
Cohort creation, real-time analytics (vs GA), better UI, simpler
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes buggy and/or slow to load. Nothing else to add!

Real-time analytics for tracking user funnels. We used GA, which has a confusing UI, and we strongly prefer PostHog for usability and quality.

Quick to learn and easy to build dashboards.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used other analytics products (Logrocket) and found Posthog more straightforward and easy to learn.
The interface is easy to use. I also like the mouse tracking, the dashboards (they are handy and easy to build).
The interactivity of the charts and being able to go from chart to recording is awesome.
I also like the hog mode.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something I don't like is that is that some plugins don't have enough examples on how to get values out of them.
For example, https://www.npmjs.com/package/@posthog/first-time-event-tracker. Sounds interesting to rack the first time event of an user, but I don't know how to visualize this information, or where will it appear once I install the plugin.
Same with the GeoIP,https://www.npmjs.com/package/@posthog/geoip-plugin there are wayyy too many tags that I don't need, and I don't know how to get rid of them.
Maybe I haven't searched well enough.
Another thing I would like to do is to be able to access the recordings from the dashboard's home. Right now I have to be on the insight's page to access the recordings.
None of these things affect me a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, we could not aggregate data. For me is essential to know how much time the users spend in the app.
I also know now WHAT they are doing when they are in the app. I can tackle the feature usage for validation after releases too.
We also know now who accesses the app. We give access to many users but were unsure who was login in and using it.

Fast, cute and promising

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Posthog is working fast and you have a lot of options to configure visuals for your data. It’s easy to add in to your React-based application.

You have good articles about using posthog, I’ve learned some recipes to get data about users behaviour.
What do you dislike about the product?
But I see a lot of options when I’m creating graphs that are not really helpful, I don’t understand how to use them. I can’t see and configure what data is collected by Autocapture. This is a great feature, but it’s not clear what kind of info is taken when a user is clicking somewhere, going to another page or something else.

I’ve also seen some strange things, like there is an action in Posthog that shows that “user is clicking on the svg”, but this should be an action that the user is “clicking on the button”, this is material-ui and svg is inside
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I know what features are most popular between our users in our product. I can see their flow across pages. I can see when people are working with our product, how many content they are creating on regular basis.
