What do you like best about the product?
The replay session of the posthog is something I like the most

I prety much like ever thing about posthog.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With posthog I am always a step ahead to make the right product decision and debug the problem even before customer reaches us (i.e. the organisation)

What do you like best about the product?
Self-hosted session replays and potential to become a complete suite of product ops
What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty complex UX, we can do much better in simplicity and guiding regularly for best utilization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us become more proactive to customer delight by reactively identifying opportunities to improve the product experience by identifying bugs, friction areas and areas to dive-deeper into product value.

What do you like best about the product?
Cheap, good and complete. Been a user of analytics tools for more than 8 years now. Posthog disrupts the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface and visuals needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PostHog is serving us with the full suite of analytics we need on our product right now and giving us all of our products insights. From funnal analysis, to data analytics and sessions recordings.

Great way to view customer experience

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to log in and see issues client have experienced and pinpoint problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be glitchy. Sometimes we get server errors, nothing will load or it takes a long time to find what I am looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Session replay is what I personally use posthog for. I am able to see what the client is experiencing and pinpoint pain points or bugs in our product.

Perfect tool for product analytics and UX

What do you like best about the product?
Like many other analytics tools, there is a steep learning curve to get going. That being said however, Posthogs live viewer makes it super easy to define events, and set up insights. Really handy tool to gather product and UX improvement areas. Their customer service is fantastic too - they have a designated Slack space for the community where you can ask CC questions and usually get personal help and advice within a matter of a few hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little confusing understanding how to get the insight set up that you are after. Easy enough to defin ethe event, but assinging it to an insight can be a little tricky. They do have a lot of learning resources though, so not the end of the world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing our teams to track the impact of feature releases, as well as identify areas of improvement and further research

What do you like best about the product?
A better, more powerful, useful, and easier-to-use tool for analytics, and various other features for product development. Simple integration also.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app and the dashboard feels overwhelming.

Gaining a better understanding of the users who utilize our digital products by obtaining additional details.

What do you like best about the product?
PostHog has given me access to access to what my users are doing with tremendous ease. It was super easy to set up, and has been very valuable to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike so far, everything has been great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm now able to see exactly what my users are doing. And it was extremely easy to set this up.

What do you like best about the product?
I like posthog becuase the software is very cool and it allows you to see what users are doing
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the limited ability to show analytics like google analytics has. It would be cool if both of these platforms could be in one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to see how effective my designs are at funneling users into our signup pipeline.

- The session replays for the web and mobile browsers.
- the efficient and easy feature flag handling

- No mobile app session replays yet
- Sometimes the session replay filters become jumbled up. The Filter UX is not smooth.

Helps me understand my customer behavior and recreate the issues that are reported
