Great SIEM and SOAR solution
What do you like best about the product?
Adlumin notifications, support and assistance with security event analysis is amazing. Great product and staff. They are always adding new APIs and capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vunerabiltiy scanning data takes a week to update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The security orchestration, automation, and response is great. Gives us peace of mind that their SOC is watching and responding 24/7.
Elite Cloud Email Breach Prevention
What do you like best about the product?
Adlumin detects cloud email breaches that our email providers do not at nearly any license level from business premium to E5. They run their own analytics which is faster and more accurate than anything else we have. They have saved our hides a few times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Please keep doing what you are doing and don’t change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Adlumin as an extension of our team to conduct managed detection and response 24/7. They have done a solid job and been a pleasure to work with.
Great Managed SIEM and SOC Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Adlumin checked every box we needed for a small security team including a managed SIEM, endpoint monitoring, and multiple integrations with our current security stack. Pricing was simple and the Support team has been extremely responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some nice-to-have features that aren't currently availalbe like notification customizations and the ability to modify the dashboard layout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our current EDR does not have SIEM capabilities nor does our team have the resources to monitor a SIEM. Adlumin has filled that gap for us and even overlaps for additional defense in depth layers.
Rockstar Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
The compliance and operational reports in Adlumin are next level. Everything from your endpoints, network, and cloud infrastructure can be reported on. They have really done a great job. Highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Adlumin team is on top of everything, not a thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting, MDR, XDR, SIEM, and fulfilling our compliance requirements.
Adlumin has been a great MDR partner to our institution.
What do you like best about the product?
Software has been managable with a smaller security staff. Have received excellent support from their team when it's been needed. They also have added several new features to their software at no additional cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ticketing portal is a bit lackluster, however this is being moved into the portal. Licensing sku's aren't always up to date with resellers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adlumin provides us with monitoring software and SOC support for a smaller institution with limited security staff.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, amazing reporting system, discover all problems and issues with AD, policy and much more, easy to implement, exelent and fast customer support and always available, and allows many other integrations.

at this thime I have not found any downside of using adlumin

Unusual user behavior, compromised accounts, ransomware protection, AD Compliance and much more

What do you like best about the product?
Adlumin has a great Cybersecurity platform. It was very easy to integrate our devices into the SIEM. I also like having best in class solutions for patch management and vulnerability scanning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't discovered anything I don't like.

Having all our workstations, servers, routers, switches, and firewall alerts monitored by Adlumin's SOC is a great improvement in our cybersecurity posture.
Great roll out and easy to understand
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to work with. Everyone is willing to explain or dumb down the process. They have made a difficult process easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of reports that you need to spend time deciding what is important to you and what is not important.

What do you like best about the product?
Adlumin is awesome; their products are thorough, seamless, and intuitive. Adlumin's SIEM and SOC, penetration testing, and vulnerability scanning offerings are top-of-the-line and continue to dominate in the cybersecurity solutions market. CompuTech is a proud partner of Adlumin. Not only are the offerings top quality, so is the team over at Adlumin. They are communicative, proactive, and engaged. 10/10 recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adlumin is incredibly strong at what they do and in their current service offerings. I would love to see Adlumin continue to innovate and perhaps broaded their product line to include additional security solutions and offerings.

Adlumin is primarily solving the problem of business folk spending too much time worrying about and tending to their security needs, and not spending enough time on their primary business focuses. Adlumin is the 24/7 team of threat experts that allows users to focus on the core of their operations, exponentializing the organization's productivity and growth.
