Great product, perfect fit to our needs
What do you like best about the product?
Rotate is building something that can change the cybersecurity industry for small & medium businesses. It allows to identify and review the company's security status, issues and how to remediate it, and has everything in one place that remediates, recommends, and also solves many of those challenges, so it can save a lot of time and money for small and medium businesses.
As a growing business with evolving needs its great to have Rotate running in the background, knowing that there's a one source of truth definitely helps us being calm on this end

What do you dislike about the product?
Currently there's an endpoint that works only for Mac and not Windows, and we do have a numerous windows users in our organisation, but I hope it will be released soon

Affordable cybersecurity for every business size, one wide platform with a great view of the security status of the company, it does not require many integrations between different tools

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, full integrations with all needed platform - Google workspace, Microsoft, Slack, GoDaddy and manny more. With a unique dashboard where we can manage all clients security under one roof. Also, the solution probide with 360 degrees security including: Identities management, EDR, XDR, email, security trainings. So easy to use and super powerfull platform.

The ease of use, the ease of onboarding (1 click integration), the dashboard is clean and simple.
The dashboard and the team of Rotate offers detailed explanations on every issue that they find which makes it much easier to understand what happened and how to move forward.

Sometimes there are bugs but they are quickly fixed

The platform designed and built for relatively small internal teams with minimal guidance and support needed from their end - very clost to a no touch platform.

We are waiting to the endpoint for additional set of data points

Email phishing happens daily, and Rotate assist this also with identify, monitoring, and future prevention based on domains
Their phishing simulation is in a very high-level of execution, that even sophisticated users can fall in it.
Actively doing training to employees in different security topics can be exhausting, and Rotate have an impressive library of training videos, with some customization.

This vertical cyber solution answer the needs for a lot of businesses without internal IT department, as it provide various solutions to security situations

Phishing simulations looks to real that employees fail to ignore and mark as spam

Rotate provides an vertical solution for security needs occurs on a daily basis within a business, from phishing attempts, to train employees, and admin panel.
This software is pretty easy to implement and use and so far we don't have any complaints

Best Cyber platform for SMB's
What do you like best about the product?
Overall they provide great value for money, they were able to build an impressive security training hub, and by far the best phishing campaigns i've seen in this space
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is developing very quickly, and almost every login there's a bit change in the platform and it's capabilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We faced too many phishing attempts in the past, so I wanted us to be internally aware to what we should look for and how to avoid falling for these attempts.
Rotate presented us their solution, and i was highly impressed from the great product and deliverable.

Integration is very easy even for a non tech person, you are getting notified only with must alerts
What do you dislike about the product?
They need to work on more integrations to 3rd party tools

Mainly spam emails and phishing attempts, but also with training for our employees in an internet environment
