Kyvos enabled us to overcome SSAS limits
What do you like best about the product?
Kyvos made it easy for us to analyze data across our entire customer base, including newly acquired brands. It handles complex, multi-brand data seamlessly and helps us to get a holistic view of performance across geographies and products. The best part is that we can now slice and dice five years of data and get responses in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
GCP configurations for cost optimization were a bit challenging and require expertise. Fortunately, their team has been incredibly responsive and proactive, guiding us through the setup to ensure we’re optimized on both performance and cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Kyvos, we’ve overcome SSAS limitations, unifying all our analytics under one platform, without hitting storage limits. The fast, in-depth analytics make it easy to analyze data by customer, brand and geography, so we can make faster, better decisions across our expanding business.
A Strong Contender in the Semantic Layer Space
What do you like best about the product?
Kyvos makes data exploration so much faster than any other platform we’ve tried before. We are getting insights quickly without a lag now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite offering alternatives for customization, some users on our end need some technical expertise to use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Kyvos, we can overcome the challenges of data scalability and accessibility, both have become much more cost-effective for us. Our data pipelines are now seamless, and we can run real-time analytics with ad hoc reporting much faster.

What do you like best about the product?
Kyvos has significantly improved our data analysis capabilities by providing a powerful semantic layer and helping unify diverse data sources. Its powerful query engine reduces latency, improves overall performance, and enables us to quickly derive valuable insights for data-driven decisions. The seamless integration with our existing BI tools is a major plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific, but the community support could be stronger—sometimes it’s tough to find quick solutions or answers from other users. More active forums or user groups would make troubleshooting easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an organization with large, complex datasets spanning multiple hierarchies and diverse data sources, Kyvos has been transformative. It empowers us to analyze massive datasets instantly, which has sped up our decision-making process considerably. We no longer have to wait for long query times, meaning our team can respond to data-driven insights in real-time.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface of Kyvos is well-designed and intuitive. Even without prior experience, users can quickly navigate through the platform and start generating reports. The drag-and-drop feature for creating dashboards is particularly impressive, enabling users to visualize data and identify trends with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration capabilities of Kyvos are indeed commendable. However, in our case, the seamless connection with existing databases and software did not significantly reduce the time we spent on data preparation and cleaning. This is likely due to the unique nature of our data and workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The analytical capabilities of Kyvos are truly commendable. It allows for deep dives into data, with the ability to perform complex calculations and create custom metrics. The real-time updates ensure that users always have the most current information at their disposal.
Great performance on HUGE data!
What do you like best about the product?
Kyvos delivers exceptional query performance on large volumes of data. The feature of incremental builds has reduced our time to insights drastically. The Kyvos team is highly supportive, providing expert assistance and guidance to help us maximize the platform's capabilities and address any challenges they may encounter. This combination of robust technology and dedicated teams makes Kyvos Insights a reliable choice for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
1st time users may find the platform's features overwhelming, with a significant learning curve before they can fully utilize its capabilities. Additionally, the product has a detailed installation process that requires careful attention to get started effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single base semantic model is available for all users and customers, providing a consistent framework for data interpretation. The ability to connect with all BI tools across our org has facilitated diverse analytical capabilities.

We recently signed up for the Kyvos trial and really liked the way it could handle large amounts of data and still deliver very fast analytics.

Our experience with Kyvos has been positive until now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our data volumes have been growing exponentially in the past few years. We tried several options to bring this data together for faster analytics. Kyvos has been the only platform that can deliver the speed at the scale we wanted.

Powerful semantic layer which helps in providing single source of truth for the organisation having data lying in hetrogenous enviorment.

Initial setup requires some learning curve though handholding is provided by Kyvos team.

Kyvos is helping in optimising cloud cost.
Excellent Aggregations for quick analysis
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Kyvos is its ability to aggregate and analyze huge amounts of data quickly. It makes working with both historical and current data easy. The support team is also very responsive and helped us through the onboarding process.
What do you dislike about the product?
One challenge is that writing MDX queries requires an expert, which creates a heavy dependency on that person to make Kyvos work smoothly. If we want to create or modify something in MDX, we need that specific skill set, which can sometimes slow things down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kyvos helps us bring all our data together in one place, and it works well with our existing data lake. We can analyze large datasets faster, which helps us meet our goals like monitoring risk trends daily. It also allows our users to handle their analytics independently, reducing our reliance on external solutions.
Analyzing high volume of data using Kyvos semantic model
What do you like best about the product?
Kyvos helps us to bring data of key departments together and analyze it directly from Excel and Power BI. Business users are getting their data on time in the morning and enable them to provide valuable insights for the day. The data security feature of Kyvos helps to limit data access across users and departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have faced few challenges in on-boarding users on Kyvos semantic models. Thanks to a very supportive team, they were quickly resolved. Kyvos’ services and support teams promptly respond to any request and helps to solve these challenges. They worked with us as true partners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kyvos has enabled us to analyze 2 years of data with daily 50 million addition of records. Now, we can analyze all brands of data rather than very few brands in previous solution. Kyvos allows all users to connect semantic layer through Excel with their windows AD credentials. It provides the ability to use complex calculations and extensive features of excel.

What do you like best about the product?
Kyvos impresses us with its abilities, effective analytics, and powerful features to analyze present and past data over multiple supported data sources. The UI is simple and effective with features like drag and drop, make it easy to use without much prior knowledge. They are also very responsive to our support queries and new requirements that makes it a great tool for users
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial investment is required in terms of understanding and installation process but once done it’s very fruitful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kyvos helped us analyse our historical data, which made it easier for us to have a deeper understanding of our data and get the results at a much faster speed than our existing tools without much effort.
